Actually, I once had this idea, but later I rejected it because I want to live a balanced happy life. In business, there is greater Reward but greater risk too. One may become very rich but Money can't buy happiness and I think that being rich is not an index of happiness, Rather I think happiness is the highest form of success.

Ya sir I would like startup my own company after 10-12 years. But after getting the experience and knowledge where I'm worked. Generally without knowledge and experience I may get loss or profit if I started now and I made some strategies for startup my own company. If I part of your company I will implement it in my own way.

Yes sir, but not on this time its take lot of time to start a own company because the reason is I want no the situations related to employ then only I know that how would be behaving with my staff. But definitely start my own company further.

For me the foundation is the stepping stone. Base should be as much as strong. To lay it want to start a good career. And at the time I just want study myself. And the base only after that I will take a step according to the marketing strategy.
