Yes of course. When I started to work with previous company, My main target was to adjust myself on a position where I wanted to be. And it was done only because of my performance and my skills. I used to use my skills which I was learning from my previous company. As I never hesitate to do my job and never let the people down because of my poor performance. I always believe to give 100% of my work.

No one is perfect there is always room for better performance, better inhencement, better communication, better planning, better logic, better cooperation, better understanding and better real ability.

Yes, I did a good job there and when I started to work there I made errors, then I took help with my seniors that was how to do without errors within a time, and day by day I reduced my errors after 3 months I become an expert level.

Of course in my last job I did more best things, I handle the deals nicely, build the good customer relation and personally I evaluate my performance week by week.
