No one is perfect there is always room for better performance, better inhencement, better communication, better planning, better logic, better cooperation, better understanding and better real ability.

This all will be achieve along the line of experience, yet so many things to learn from our previous jobs, yet so much to learn on this coming job, yet so much to learn on the next and still so much to learn about this life.

Every day is a new experience, a new sunshine of knowledge, a new day full of events and developments.

Of-course yes, since every human alone is not the perfectionist himself, there is every chance that a work can be performed in much better way than one has performed. I was confident enough to say that I have given my best of what I can, to perform my allotted tasks to their ultimate results. However, still a good percentage of improvement and smart planning in my same work may have lead to finish the work in a much better time, which I was hardly concentrating to improve on daily basis.

I am a dedicated outstanding performer throughout my carrier and deliver best result which any Organization want from its employee. My Swift responses to customer queries, sense of seriousness about critical matters, active and supportive team player are few of major skills which have developed valuable trust within customer and team. This contributes enhanced confidence level in my team to achieve even most challenging targets.

I performed well in all my previous assignments to the best of my efforts, same has been well appreciated by my peers and managers. Of course, there is always a room for improvements, which I am working on it, to even better comments:.

Exactly, because sir I was not as refined that time as I am now. I did mistakes and gained experience from that. Now when I look back at things I realise that yes, "I can do it better".

Yes of course. When I started to work with previous company, My main target was to adjust myself on a position where I wanted to be. And it was done only because of my performance and my skills. I used to use my skills which I was learning from my previous company. As I never hesitate to do my job and never let the people down because of my poor performance. I always believe to give 100% of my work.

Yes sir, I did the better in my last job and well recognized by management.

The situation was, suddenly my colleague was taken 15 days leave and the management given to me her work to manage.

Luckily I could managed the same without any error of course my working hrs little increased than fixed. It caused additional reason to select me for quarterly award.
