Exactly, because sir I was not as refined that time as I am now. I did mistakes and gained experience from that. Now when I look back at things I realize that yes, "I can do it better".

Yes, Exactly, in overall I have performed well in most area of my job, which was done through my strength, commitment, diligent and honestly. I am not as refined, I did mistakes sometimes but I gained experience from my mistakes and get the positive result. Now, when I look back at things I realise that yes, "I can do it better".

Yes, I have performed well in all the fields to the best of my effort. And fulfill all the exceptions of the company. And yes there is always a room for the improvement which I am working on it to be even more better for the job satisfaction and the company as well.

Yes, though I tried to do things in a better way than in the past, but there is always a scope for improvement and nobody is perfect so I feel if I put more and more efforts in my learning things, I might have performed better.

Yes, sir, no one is perfect in this world I did mistakes in my previous job but I learned many things by doing so. Mistakes will lead us to a better person, the only thing we have to keep in mind is that we should not repeat the same mistake.

I always give my best for my job, but at the end of the day I always found that there is always room for improvement and enhancement of standers. My continuous urge for betterment was my driving force which propelled me towards excellence in my job. There was lot of things to learn, while training others others also I learnt a lot.
