I have done all my given assignments with my 100% efforts and knowledge. Some how, in some condition I felt that I can do better up to my expectations this because no body is 100% perfect.

Exactly, because sir I was not as refined that time as I am now. I did mistakes and gained experience from that. Now when I look back at things I realize that yes, "I can do it better".

With the type of organization I was working with, there was very less scope of loop holes. So the attitude of "Give the best whenever you go for the assignment. " drove me.

Of course in my last job I did more best things, I handle the deals nicely, build the good customer relation and personally I evaluate my performance week by week.
