Yes surely, but to get knowledge you have to find different avenues. I think your organisation will surely help me to sharpen my skills and knowledge and help in my development along with your company.

I performed well in all my previous assignments to the best of my efforts, same has been well appreciated by my peers and managers. Of course, there is always a room for improvements, which I am working on it, to even better comments:.

Exactly, because sir I was not as refined that time as I am now. I did mistakes and gained experience from that. Now when I look back at things I realise that yes, "I can do it better".

Yes. No one is 100% perfect. Perfect is the term for the people who tries to find error in his own job, where I would like to stand in that list to do better things regularly from my previous work.

No one is perfect at their initial stage.

I did mistakes and gained experience from that. Which increase my knowledge day by day.

After 3-4 month I did a good job. I have given better competition with my colleagues. I put my all efforts during my work.

Management is appreciated for my hard work and I got a few best employment award for the month.

I can't tell that myself. Only my team leader has the right to tell about it as far as I think I have given my best.
