Yes. No one is 100% perfect. Perfect is the term for the people who tries to find error in his own job, where I would like to stand in that list to do better things regularly from my previous work.

There's always a place of improvement. No one is perfect. Although I got very good reviews from my seniors, I still think there's a place of improvement.

Yes sir, I did the better in my last job and well recognized by management.

The situation was, suddenly my colleague was taken 15 days leave and the management given to me her work to manage.

Luckily I could managed the same without any error of course my working hrs little increased than fixed. It caused additional reason to select me for quarterly award.

Yes, I have done my assignment with commitment, loyal and honest. My manager and peers are also appreciate of my work. There are always room of improvement, I am working on it and to be event more better.
