Planning is an important tool in handling stress and pressure for me. Drawing up detailed plans for projects and for other works hepls me to reduce pressure and to get ahead of this stressful situation. One should have patience to handle every kind of situation whether it is pressurized or not.

No sir,
If we work under pressure then that is just a physical work, it cannot make us think smartly with confidence, and also it again depend on us if we that work as our passion then it doesn't feel like a pressure. So make sure your work as your Passion not as pressure for you. Thank you.

Though, I don't like working under pressure, if the situation compares to me I would love to work because it is for the growth of the company. Moreover, there is no job where there is no pressure, I will do the job to earn, so no compromise whether there is pressure or no pressure. Thanks.

I believe every work environment has their own level of pressure.
I can handle pressure but not forever because anyone Would not like to put himself/herself under pressure everytime. I will be ready to accept pressure when circumstances require particular work to be done in minimal time.

First of all, the word "pressure" varies with person, for me once I feel I'm under pressure, I'll find a way that helps me to come out of it and guide me through that critical time easily and effectively so that I'll get that work done in a good and better way without having any regrets.

Talking about working under pressure I would share an example from my life. My grandfather had some psychological problems, and he used to angry on everybody who tries to convince him, so many a times I had to convince him taking care that he doesn't get angry and even the work is done.

Sir according to me, if we love the work what we are doing then the word pressure will not come in our brain. We can even improve and upgrade our knowledge and skills. And in the word pressure itself, we can see sure that means surely we will be at best position if we do under pressure.

Yes, I will be able to work under pressure. Because, I think that will set a deadline for me, and hence I will start planning, strategizing, discussing with peers the best way to come out of it, and most importantly will analyze the problem try to find a solution, and finish the work.

Yes! Definitely. Working under pressure gives lots of new ideas and efficiency in work if we are not confused.
On the same hand it's not good for a long time. Demand based pressure is good, but working under pressure for a long time will definitely developed negativity towards work.
