When our work completed was delayed, I coordinated with the entire team to get the schedule back on track. We troubleshoot the issue and solved the problem. Yes, by having a relatively lower efficiency i.e. there is limit of pressure at which we continue to gain efficiency and after that the efficiency decrease. This mean that there is need to improve our skills to push the limit farther.
