Yes, sir, I can work under pressure. Pressure is a part of any job, but I approach it positively.

By staying organized and focused, I can manage tasks efficiently, ensuring that deadlines are met without compromising the quality of my work.

For example, during my time on the graphic designing committee, I was often given tight deadlines to complete posters for social media.

By staying calm and passionate about my work, I was able to deliver high-quality designs on time.

Why should we work under Pressure & Stress? We are supposed to perform our activities systematically & strategically. Mindfulness and peace are of utmost importance while doing any job for better output.

If we have to work under pressure, what is the use of so-called ITIL, Quality Management and other Leads?

A Team feeling pressure denotes that either the management is unskilled or inexperienced.

Or the employee does not have the required skills for the job assigned.

So leads should focus on assigning the right job to the right candidate.

Gratitude to take this question. I belive that one who take the pressure will win. I am a kind of a girl who takes pressure in my life and it became a habit for me. So my pleasure is to work under the pressure and pressure does not matter.

Sir/mam, life is all about pressure, we are living under pressure every day.
So, if we think of the work as a burden for me, I feel the pressure but if I work with passion, I will love the work and can't feel the pressure and easily complete my every work. So working under pressure is not a very big deal for me.

It depends on what kind of pressure you are talking about. If it's work pressure, then engineers can handle it very well, but in the name of pressure, if you give me a 10k salary and want me to work for 10 hours a day regularly, then I won't fall into the trap.

Yes, I can work under pressure effectively without taking any stress.

For instance, during my final year,I managed various deadlines with my academic work like completing the project on time with my academics and also preparing for my semester exam these can be done because I set a target and scheduled the task made my work easy and reduced the pressure.
