I prioritize the mental state of mind and physical well being. So, I tune myself to a situation where the stress doesn't bother me and my focus lies only on the given task. In such a situation, I would work better and also make sure my teammates also work better.

Yes, I like to work under pressure. Pressure gives wings to easy to fly success life. I like manage any situation. I never find is easy or not.
