If we work under pressure then that is just a physical work, it cannot make us think smartly with confidence, and also it again depend on us if we that work as our passion then it doesn't feel like a pressure. So make sure your work as your Passion not as pressure for you. Thank you.

At times of pressure, we get to know and discover our own capabilities and the skill to handle that pressure. Exams can be the best example. We study with some pressure and thus we get good results. So, pressure can be turned into pleasure if we love our job and have dedication towards it.

Actually, I believe there was no word work under pressure because it is the situation happens only if we did not reach our target in time instead if we take the work as challenging from day 1 we may not get that word in mind we work freely at any stage.

Because working under pressure teaches how to handle situations and would also improve the ability and skill. It helps to complete the work even before the deadline by focussing on the target. Also, if it is done with without stress or tension, then it won't become a pressure.
