After having spent these many years in the IT industry, now it has almost been a routine for me to work under pressure. I believe that pressure brings the best out of me and makes me to think in a alternative better solutions to the problem. It helps me to concentrate more and improve my efficiency in the work. But still I feel that by we can try to avoid such situations by proper planning and good time management.

I prioritize the mental state of mind and physical well being. So, I tune myself to a situation where the stress doesn't bother me and my focus lies only on the given task. In such a situation, I would work better and also make sure my teammates also work better.

Yes, I can do work in under pressure. At that time, I can analysis my ability towards my work. Pressure makes me stronger and creative because at that time our mind being focused on work. In pressure condition we always seek a way to reduce it means we finds a way to solve the situation and in future that type of problems come we can easily handle without being pressurised.
