I always want to work with joy and pleasure. If the situation is stressful, then I'll keep myself calm, and I'll think about the best ways to resolve the issues, I'll discuss it with my colleagues and senior team to resolve this on priority. And it would be an opportunity for me to create new ideas, and implement them.
