From my childhood, I don't like relaxable and easy things to do. I always want to do complicated things under pressure. So that, the work will be very interesting and will never feel pressured.

From my personal experience I can say that a little pressure actually helps the Employee to work more firmly and without losing the focus. But, ''Working Under Pressure'' can be turned more effective with little breaks.

Well working under pressure is good because it'll help me be much more effective as well as accomplish my tasks timely whereas too much pressure can affect someone psychologically and this can possibly reduce performance and could lead to stress, in my view, I will feel comfortable and much more productive at a reasonable pressure.
