In my point view, women empowerment is not a cause of divorce. Divorce rate depends on the mutual understanding mutual trust and on the compatibility between them. And women empowerment is an entirely different thing. Women empowerment means to give authority to take decision independently. Even educated women can run their family better. She can educate their children properly. Sometimes husbands feel insulted due to their uneducated wife and they started to fight and they don't love her and this becomes the cause of divorce. If the husband is educated then an educated wife or women can read his mind his lifestyle better than uneducated women and can adjust properly. And women empowerment helps in developing the country economically and it creates equality. Hence according to me, women empowerment is not a reason of divorce rate somehow it helps in decreasing the divorce rate.

Wrong Empowerment: Women are wrongly empowered.
Nature and evolution made women a caring and lovable being. Having child and nurturing them is her primal responsibility.
This millennial generation is about Individualism. Anyone can live alone independently.
Corporate culture at work gives a sense of empowerment. It's hire and fire methodology has imbibed into the family. When there is a problem in the relationship, instead of solving together they end up in divorce.
Women should be educated to run their family in the best way which in turn the society becomes better. A well-educated women with moral values can raise a child in a very good way than an employed women who sees her child occasionally.
Families are the building blocks of a society. Women are the backbone of a family. Wrong empowerment leads to lesser commitment and indirectly affects the stability of society.

If I am going to start a family, I would want my wife to look after my kids. Impart them with moral values and education. Because she would always be better at those things. Now, if some how I get married to a woman who is always worried about her career rather than her children, then I better not start a family.
In fact the risks of marriage now-a-days far outweigh the rewards. If a man thinks logically, he can get all the privileges of marriage staying single without having to worry about the risks. So why marry, and then get divorced 3 years later, lose half of your wealth, your house, your children, give alimony, give child support, go through emotional torture. Why?
Then if the wife files a false case of DV, then you and your family members get arrested without any explanation. Why would a sensible man, "who thinks in his head", would get married ?

Once you understand that a relationship is just for namesake. Leave I t. Why should you sacrifice self respect and blindfold society and live as if it's your fate and go on? So divorce is inevitable to live freely. But post divorce. It's quite difficult if you don't have a job. Especially if it's a woman with children. So if you are an employed you can live with your head held high and raise your children well. So women empowerment is good. So both are needed. And one cannot be solely blamed for another.
Above all a good relation is based on love, respecting each other, caring and trust and of course compromise and sacrifice is also needed.
A good couple should be God fearing too and raise their offspring well together.
At Least when you bid goodbye to world you can be happy that you had a wonderful family and your part was clear.

Woman empowerment means encouraging women for their rights. It helps women for overall development in various aspects like political, social, economic etc. For centuries women faced social inequalities in families in India. It was a scary duity of women to raise her children and they can do household work and to make their husbands happy. They work more than men but she could not be appreciated for her hard work. They faced domestic violence by her husband and became victims of that.
The main reasons of inequalities and stereotypes against women are social corruption and ignorant behaviour by men, child marriage, and lack of Education. Nowadays women are serving as IAS, CEOs in various fields.
It is important to strengthen women so that she can take their own decisions if we educate women we can have a positive impact on society.

Women were dominated from ancient time. Patriarchy reached every corner of our society. Every religion have there own patriarchal outlook and features. Women have there own identity and rational outlook, they also want liberty of thought. But due several social corruption and ignorant behavior of men lead to women down gradation in every field. In this modern world, women education build consciousness of liberty, equality and men domination. The question arrived what women should do when her husband beat or she become a victim of extreme domestic violence. Divorce is only solution for womens to abolish marriage. But divorce lead social stress, aloneness, family pressure etc. This also lead to phobia and women have to fight for there better life. Divorce is easy in modern society but in traditional it is partially impossible.

In the home cooperation between men and women is decreasing and competition between the genders is increasing. I believe this is the main reason for the increase in divorce rates and the breakdown of the family unit.
If this continues both men and women will become unsatisfied and the future generations will be raised by single parents. Media has the power to manipulate our emotions and turn each other against each other. This has been happening for many more years in western countries and Japan than in India and we can see the negative effects in their societies. We don't have to be like them.
We can learn from their mistakes before it is too late. A growing number of people in these societies now are speaking up about what has gone wrong. In India itself people are opening their eyes to what is happening in reality.

Empowerment means giving power and when a woman is empowered she comes to know about her legal powers which can be used to make her life better. She gets educated and an educated woman can make her child educated. Empowerment provides self-dependence but it has nothing to do with divorce. Everyone needs love and care and love is one of the building blocks of marriage. A working married couple can manage very well if there is a mutual understanding among themselves but the absence of trust love and understanding creates problems. Divorce can be taken anywhere, whether between a rich or the poor. It shows lack of love between the couple and when there is no love a normal couple can't live together under a single roof. So empowerment strengthens not only a woman but also her family and it can never be the cause of divorce.

Women Empowerment leads to divorce is true factually speaking. If we just analyze the growing rate of Divorces we will clearly see that maximum percentage is in the urban areas where both the partners are working. Seeing this trend just like US & UK and other advanced countries India too will have high levels of Divorce rates going forward.
Due to very high levels of education in women and very high salaries at times it strains the matrimonial relations among the couple when the other partner cannot match the others level of career success and lifestyle.
The society is also changing fast so many drastic changes will lead to the Indian society no longer remaining the way it is today say one or two decades henceforward. But it will lead to many social problems. India should introspect as to where it is heading.

According to me, the main cause of divorce in our society is definitely not the women empowerment. It's true that earlier days women were not arguing with their husband as there rite comes in between but as we see socially women are not left behind now a days, they are working with men in shoulder to shoulder. Yes, in some cases we can take this because empowerment broad financial independent for women in our society as well as ego problems between the couples and that ego is leading to divorce. But the main reason behind the divorce are women empowerment sence the equation of our society, broad misunderstanding between husband and wife both and lack of interaction because lack of time multiplied it. And finally misunderstanding concluding to divorce. Nuclear family fashion is also a root cause.
Thanks.
Thanks.
