Hello! everyone My name is Rajkumar Pal. I'm from Amroha, Uttar Pradesh. Now I am going to express my views on the topic 'Women Empowerment'. There is no chance of the welfare of the world unless the condition of women is improved. Swami Vivekanand also said- It is not possible for a bird to fly on one wing. So in order to bring gender equality in India women empowerment is necessary. Women empowerment means ' To increase the strength of women socially, economically and emotionally.
Women work 24*7 to raise their children and to maintain their families but they don't get enough recognition for household chores. And women who choose to be homemaker are not considered ed as a working person in the economy of the nation.
But government taken many steps towards women empowerment like government started many schemes -' Sukanya Samridhi Yojna', 'Mission Sakti' etc. And Delhi Government providing free journey for women in city buses etc.

No Women empowerment is not the cause for the increased divorce rate. Women empowerment is actually the need of the society because if a woman is empowered and educated then her whole family is benefited. Women not only take care of the family but also provide a helping hand for her husband. She is the backbone of the family.
And talking about divorce, there are many results for it and nun of the causes for divorce directly related with women's empowerment.
Due to empowerment of women, they have come to know their rights to live. I agree with the fact that women's now express their view which was not possible earlier as our society was male dominated, because of this there has increased arguments between husband and wife but getting a divorce is not the right way to end the argument. Both husband and wife should understand the value of every relation and should find a solution to their problems other than divorce.

Hello everyone,
Very good morning to all of you. Today we have to discuss women empowerment a cause for increasing divorce rate in India, let's start then.
First of all, we have to understand women empowerment. Women empowerment means empowering woman and give them equal rights same as a man to make their own decisions for their personal development and social development too. It means encouraging them to face difficulties in any situation. I don't think that women empowerment increases the divorce rate in India because women empowerment and divorce are two different things. There is no relation between them. Divorce happening in India due to the misunderstanding between the couples. We all know that the population of women in India is almost the same as men. Today women are doing great in many things like sports, Education, medical sectors etc. So, I think we should see women empowerment positively.
Thank you.

Hello everyone, A very good evening to all of you.
This is Ajay Kumar. Today my topic is Women empowerment -a great cause for the increasing divorce rate in India. I do not agree with this. First of all, we all have to know about the women empowerment, simply it means uplifting the status of women in the society in the field of education, healthcare, politics, etc, they have a right to get equal opportunity as that of men and they have also right to solve their problem yourself, which makes them independent on others and it also makes free from domestic violence. It also plays a great role in the development of the country. If we talk about the divorce rate, it happens only when they do not have a good bonding between them and they do not spread their love in a good way that types of reason are the cause of divorce. But giving power to women is not a cause of divorce. That's all.
Thanks for reading my views.

Hello friends,
According to me, women empowerment is necessary for the benefit of the society in large. For example: if a man is educated and he is capable of doing certain things, why not women? if a women is educated, she can educate the whole family and the surroundings near by. Women are the backbones of the society. And if we say it is a cause for increasing divorce rate then we are demoralizing our own society. Earlier people were not that much educated and they were unaware of their human rights, now people are developing their minds, they have options in their lives, for eg: if you purchased anything and after that you realized oops it not the right thing, what I needed then you can exchange as per your requirement and same is the case with divorce. If the spouse are not satisfied then there is no point of living together.
So, women empowerment is not a cause for increasing divorce rate in India.

According to me, increasing divorce rate in India is not because of women empowerment. It is just because of nowadays, women have been very smart. They have decided not to cry but to fight against injustice. Women are nowadays aware of the law, legislation.
Men were cheating with their wife from too many years back. They had extra marital affairs and all. But in those days, women were not too smart to recognize that. But now women are too smart. Nowadays, they have started using a hidden camera, web cam, GPS tracker and they are now able to see their husband. Where is he and with whom?
And another thing, if men are loyal to their wife, respecting her and transparency in their relationship and both should give an equal status and respect to each other, then there is no chance to start conflict and arguments. It just depends on how you are treating your life partner, not on men or women empowerment.

No, I don't think women empowerment is the cause behind marriages. Its nowhere written that men are superior than women. This concept still prevails in India which must be eradicated. Both men and women have equal rights to live their life in the way they wish.
The nation can develop faster if women in every home is educated. The family is happier if mother is educated and empowered.
Also at current time in a country like India where inflation rate is very high, a home can not run with only one source of income. If both husband and wife are earning they can enjoy a better life economically and socially. So doing a job by women is also a necessity.
Now most of the men understand the fact that just because they are physically stronger doesn't mean that they are superior. Both men and women are God's creation and so both have equal rights.
Women empowerment can lead to a better life of a family.

It is very serious and important matter in the present time.
Women empowerment means -' Encouraging women for their rights and making them self-dependent. It also helps in the overall development of women.
Govt takes many steps and schemes for women empowerment like " Beti bachao betu padho yojana, Kanya samerdhi yojana, apke beti hamre beti. ".
If we show in every field like politics, sports, defense and education women are doing very well. PV Sindhu and Hima das in sports are doing well. Nirmal siraman nad Dropadi murumu doing well in poltics. So many women are in high posts in business like CEOs and directors .
We should encourage women in every field.
In rural areas, parents understand and encourage women in different fields.
If we know that men and women are an equal parts in progression in society then why we can't encourage women? And why do we suppress women's voices?
Thank You.

What's the right meaning of empowering women? - Competing with men? I don't think so.
"Can't we have educated women in our home? Can't we have educated mothers?".
Its true that there WAS a time when women were disrespected and ill treated. They were deprived of education. They were not treated equal to men. But times have changed drastically and things are different now.
Now, Like the parts of a machine or like the parts of our body, every body has a specific job to do in our society. And somebody rightly said "No work is Small".
So with more and more women neglecting their primary job of being a good homemaker (the essence and base strength of a healthy society) and taking up jobs which a man can do with much less effort than a woman the balance of the society is getting disturbed.
So, In my views, women empowerment has somehow played a vital role in increasing divorce rates in India.

Good morning my dear friends today we all are here to make a group discussion on the topic of women empowerment. A cause of increasing divorce rate in India. Well. In my opinion, it is no because women empowerment is something through which women should get all the rights which were given to men equally. Increasing divorce rates in India is not because of a women empowerment, in fact, that's because of the way of the way of thinking of people irrespective of the gender. There are some stereotypes for women that she should be like this and that all nonsense but is there any kind of stereotype for men no!so I just want to conclude that increasing of divorce rate is not because of women empowerment, in fact, this is because of the lack of understanding and compromise. In life, we all have to learn how to compromise for the sake of well being so that these kinds of problems never come.
