Which is more important: Creativity or Efficiency?

As per my thinking point of view, efficiency is rather more important than the creative skills. A person can innovate new things by the use of him superficial mind but it's worthless without efficiency. The point creativity itself goes under efficiency. By taking an example if I say that plant is very efficient in production, that means there must some creativity would be there in that plant. So, the most important thing that we have to consider is efficiency, all other things can be adjusted by it.

Creativity, of course, It has always been creativity which governs success. Let's look into our surroundings, we will find more number of efficient people than creative ones. But eventually, the creative ones turn to outshine others. I believe that even a creative person can turn out to be efficient in certain circumstances but vice versa would be something rare to find.

According to my opinion, creativity is most important compare to efficiency because the efficiency is a ratio of output to input and creativity is a to create new ideas something by using research and development.

Creativity has its charm that drives our passion and increases our efficiency. Doing a task with creativity and our own compassion creates a drift for the efficiency to accomplish the task with maximum potential.

I think creativity and efficiency both are important in any aspect of life. Suppose you are creative mind no doubt but you do not work in proper manner then the role of efficiency comes. I think both depend on each other because a person has the only efficiency no doubt he works very well but he works in the same manner so there is need of some creations that make more interesting thats why my point of view on is both are important for become in expert in any job any field.

By giving an example of the corporate world, creative as well as effective persons are required to complete the task creatively and effectively.

A creative person is required to think out of the box as well as an efficient person is also required to fulfil the task at that particular time.

So, both are equally important.

And I would like to keep my point, according to me, efficiency is more important than creativity because if we efficiency like we have experience of teaching then according to our experience we will put something new also to others and creativity is also a vital thing but I'll choose efficiency if we have can do anything but I'll go with both because both are a vital thing to survive and for two times meal.

Creativity and efficiency both are go together but we should apply our creativity with full be finishing way and perfectly in a efficient way.

Like if we take example of iim collage for MBA they have developed there course modules in such a way they students entertain all course and each and every class if we take small MBA college than may be we find that tere is unstructured way of developing course module so from there we can differentiate both of the mean our we take example of doing thing better and adopting of things in better way here we differentiate that we sholu not compromise in quality and their efficiency.

According to my view, both are equally important because creativity means ability to think for getting innovative ideas which are useful for an efficient worker to be successful. I am marketing executive in order to get promotion in my organisation creativity is needed for my work in efficient manner. Hence both are interdependent.

Though a difficult choice, I would go with creativity, as the uniqueness of a persons works often gets appreciated at a professional level and the world loves new products efficiency is the next most important thing as you new idea must work well too but your idea must bring curiosity.
