Which is more important: Creativity or Efficiency?

Though a difficult choice, I would go with creativity, as the uniqueness of a persons works often gets appreciated at a professional level and the world loves new products efficiency is the next most important thing as you new idea must work well too but your idea must bring curiosity.

According to my view, both are equally important because creativity means ability to think for getting innovative ideas which are useful for an efficient worker to be successful. I am marketing executive in order to get promotion in my organisation creativity is needed for my work in efficient manner. Hence both are interdependent.

And I would like to keep my point, according to me, efficiency is more important than creativity because if we efficiency like we have experience of teaching then according to our experience we will put something new also to others and creativity is also a vital thing but I'll choose efficiency if we have can do anything but I'll go with both because both are a vital thing to survive and for two times meal.

I am Chandan, and I would like to begin by saying that Creativity is more important for us. Creativity means trying to produce something each time we do the same work differently. Creativity creates a door to building something new. Just like our ancestors had done to create wheels, they shifted from square wheels to wheels that have been used by most of today's world as wheels due to the creativity by humans.

Also, if we try to be creative each time one day we will definately find a way that will improve the efficiency too.
