Hello everyone.

According to me smart work is more desirable than hard work as hard work requires more time and more energy whereas smart work requires less time and less energy. The results of both smart and hard work are same, the only difference is that smart work can be done by hook or crook it depends upon you whereas hard work always done in a positive way.

"HARD WORK ALONG WITH A SMART WORK IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS".

Hard work and smart work both lead to a path of success but what is to be noted is that with smart work you reach the path faster. So why take a long route when you have a shorter one. Smart work inevitably uses hard work. How can a person work smart if one's mind doesn't work hard? So I would like to conclude that hard work and smart work go hand in hand. A work may seem smart to a person but it does involve hard work to be smart.

In my opinion smart work is more important and more desirable than hard work. Hard work is working hard or practicing more for a particular task or goal.

In other words we can say hard work is learning the principles to reach the goal. And smart work is applying those principles at the right time.

For example, we are practicing and learning how to kick the ball. Now we are playing the football match and are not able to kick the ball. The result of working hard is zero.

So, atlast I want to say that hard work along with smart work is the key to success. :).

Smart work is more better than hard work because hard working is only physically practicing, but smart work is mentally effort.

In my point of view both are best. Without hard work there is no smart work. If we work hard, then we can do the work in smart way. So the platform of smart work is hard work.

Like one cannot travel in two boats together, similarly Hard work and smart work cannot work together you become smart when you work hard. So for me, hard work is the first step and smart work is the second.

Smart work helps to do a work in less time with more efficiency and more brain storming. Where as hard work includes more physical work stress and less brain storming which is bad for sweet dreams.

Smart work is logical thinking, it can achieve your goals easily, it's saves a lot of time and make you more organized. Hard work is think professionally that means practical thinking, hard work is exhausting experience because after doing a lot of work left you with less energy to do anything else. So, I would conclude smart work can achieve your goals faster than hard work.

Smart work saves lots of time. It uses resources effectively. But can make you lazy. Hard Work can kill your time, but this is a learning process to become smart worker later.

Smart work requires proper and full usage of resources in and around. Resources are visible, only to the people who think before they start working on it.

Hardworking people do not want to spend time, in thinking process in the beginning and hence may reach to the goal or task with a delay.
