Whether Hard-Working or Smart-Working is Desirable?

When you work for what you believe then it is not a hard work, it becomes hard work when it is an obligation. You will enjoy your work when you do it from your own passion, only when you will love your work. But hard working does not means to work in a draggy way for 10 or 12 other, it means try your best to do a job with your highest capability to deliver the best quality. So if you deliver always the best then you will be always recognized.

Smart work means delivering the job with min resources with a quality level just required. In today's world of high competition everybody has to sustain so if you are doing only a work a work with great attention then you a miss other thing you have to do. Others will go across you. So you need to be smart enough too to be in competition. So there must be a balance between hard work and smart work. Being smart, managing priorities, intelligently balancing different aspects of life, being focused on career and emotional balance helps in a big way.

In my aspect, smart work is a prominent factor rather than hard work. Hard working people strive to achieve their goal by wasting time and energy. It may bring them stress. They may lose their surroundings by their violent behavior. For example: cherish your school day memories. Hard working people would not be broad minded. They would be arrogant. Smart working people always would have been keeping many friends. So do your work smartly and please "BE RELIEF".

Hard work focus the health is wealth. In healthy body dwelling healthy mind. If we think more so due to this reason we will be sick of insanity and loss the brain memory. If any person do hard work so he will be healthy and strong. But in smart work we using our logical mind and finish the task early. I think there is no different when we start the work all the distinguishes at the end.

First smart working is very necessary and it is the way which leads you to the success.

Because it tells you how to work, how to spend your time, and how to do hard work. If one does hard work he. Almost doesn't have the capability of doing things faster. But a smart worker knows how to do it and in what way he can achieve the goal in the desired time besides doing hard work.

I will go with smart work because by doing smart work we can save a lot of time.

Let us take an example: we have a problem and we have to write its code.

So here a hard work will write 100 lines of code while a smart work will write only in 5 lines of code which will be more effective because writing 5 lines of code will not take enough time.

So smart work is better then hard work.

We can achieve our goal obviously by hard work. If we are hardworking we can deal with any obstacle in our way comfortably. Scientist like:- Albert Einstein, Thomas Edison also have done hard work and invented many things which we are using in daily life.

According to my view I feel that Work with smartness is much better than just to work hard. A rickshaw puller or construction labor usually work harder than others but they can't progressive as much as other like their contractor although both are less educated some time. But only smartness is also not provide us growth for this we have to work also. So I feel "Do your work in smarter way", it is today's demand & helpful for future also.

I go with smart work along with hard work. If you didn't do a hard work then your work will not gonna be smart one. Obviously the people around you will chose smart workers. Do hard work the things and work will automatically gonna be smart.

Hard work is essential to achieve the goal, but in-order to achieve time bound result everyone should incorporate their skills for their hard work. The skills may vary from one person to other.

From my point of view, of course smart working is desirable as smart working reduces effort to achieve the desirable goal. By smart working we can save lot of time, resources which you all know how much they are important in any firm whether it is a manufacturing firm or corporate firm.
