I would support smart work to hard work. There's a saying that 'hard work is the key to success' but what if I write it as 'smart work is the key to perfection'! yes the second one sounds better to me. A bird in a hand is worth two in the bush. Hard work is just beating about the bush and getting less results. In this competitive world one needs to be smart working in order to achieve their goal. So I end up saying that I support smart work.

Basically it is the combination of both that gives us the desired results. But I would like to put forward a fact that hard work is essential for smart work. Working smart is to enhance the results of hard work. Hard work is like a chemical reaction and smart is the catalyst to improve the rate of reaction.
We are familiar to "smart phones". But was the smartphone invented first or did it all begin with conventional phones? Did wireless technology come first or the conventional one?
It is hard which results into development by smart work. If we stop hard work, we stop further development.
Hard work has an independent existence but smart is dependent on hard work. Best results come by the fusion of both in a balanced way.

In my point of view both are best. Without hard work there is no smart work. If we work hard, then we can do the work in smart way. So the platform of smart work is hard work.

Hello Everyone,
Working from one year in TAFE Limited taught me that for being SMART and FAST, you should go on field and face every tough condition in doing your HARD WORK which ultimately taught me that.
Ya, now I know how to manage this whole work SMARTLY by just managing things silently and thus we can achieve targets in stringent deadlines.
Thus for being SMART we should do Hard Work first.

Only hard work will not help to reach destination.
Example farmers were working hard in the fields but they won't get more benefits. But intermediates makes more profits than the farmers. If farmers work hard and if they do smart work he will get more benefits. If we were worked hard in any field we have to get our benefits for ours hard works. For that we have to be smart.

Yes in some time hard works always pays, and if we work hard with smartly then success must comes with any cost.
And according to me working hard is the only way to success which leads us to our goal.
But hard works doesn't mean that you are working day and night. You have to manage your time with your work.

Hard work is more important because without doing hard work no one become smart.
Unless you work hard in your study you can't solve the question similarly in every thing 1st you have to work hard and its only solution to be smart.

Hard work is important than the smart work because the hard works make us smart. The scientists do the hard work in the Mobile industries and make it smart for us as today we called it Smartphones. Smartphones are also the root of the hard work of some People. Hence I thought that the smart work can be done after the hard work on it.

In my opinion Smart work dominates over Hard work as if not done a smarter way, hard work will not give a fruitful result.
We can get desired thing in more time and with less efforts if done smartly.

According to me working hard is the only way to success which leads to our goal. But, working hard in a wrong direction is just a waste of time and opportunity to succeed.
Thus, Working hard in a right direction i.e. nothing but Smart work is desirable.
