Whether Hard-Working or Smart-Working is Desirable?

We live in a place where competition is very much in need. If you want to be successful in your life you should be passionate towards your goal. And for it hard work is very much important but only hard work can't lead you to achieve everything in your life.

In this era where people are growing in very fast rate, you should also have to tighten your belt. Working hard always make you to achieve your goal, but it is true it takes more time, but working smartly will kill the time, makes you more organised. So in my opinion we should work hard to achieve our goal but simultaneously it should be worked smartly.

Heard Workers are the building blocks of Smart Workers. So I think hard work is more important than smart work.

Every smart-worker must know that he was a hard-worker once upon a time. To gain experience, you must be a hard-worker. Once you got experience, then you will be a smart-worker.

In my point of view Hard work is essential for smart work. And I won't speak more about this because I will explain with an example in a mathematical way that's.

1+1+1+1+1=5.
1*5=5.

So now you people can recognize which one is hard and smart. From the above two equations.

I think hard work comes first and smart stands second. Eg: If I wanted to learn a new job, I should put lot of energy in learning it and after that I can organise myself and find new ideas to execute it in a smart way or easy way.

As my point of view to make our work proficient and smart one can do the work very hard if it will be done in proper way then after we will make it smart by different ideas. Smart work saves lots of time. It uses resources effectively. But can make you lazy. Hard Work can kill your time, but this is a learning process to become smart worker later.

Smart work requires proper and full usage of resources in and around. Resources are visible, only to the people who think before they start working on it.

Hardworking people do not want to spend time, in thinking process in the beginning and hence may reach to the goal or task with a delay.

Smart work is logical thinking, it can achieve your goals easily, it's saves a lot of time and make you more organized. Hard work is think professionally that means practical thinking, hard work is exhausting experience because after doing a lot of work left you with less energy to do anything else. So, I would conclude smart work can achieve your goals faster than hard work.

Smart work helps to do a work in less time with more efficiency and more brain storming. Where as hard work includes more physical work stress and less brain storming which is bad for sweet dreams.

In my opinion today in this generation people should have to be smart and when we become smart we will achieve our goal easily smart work always control hard work.
