Whether Hard-Working or Smart-Working is Desirable?

Why one should option for hardworking when work can be done easily with minimum effort?Always smart working is desirable since it saves our valuable time and effort.

I am of the opinion that effort that we make for our work to be done is always hard, but the way can be smart. That means there is no substitute to hard work.

I thing smart work is desirable, as smart workers having positive attitude. But hard workers are always think that they can't do that that is negative thinking, so because of these negative thinking they work harder and becomes hard worker.

Smart work is not everybody's cup of tea. For a person to start smart work he needs a lot of hard work which can only be obtained by hard work. So my dear friends don't listen to say and start hard work.

From my opinion smart work is more better than hard work because as we all know that its 21 century so the work must be done smartly as per our generation no one has that much time to work hard they always prefer to work smart not only work smart they prefer to look smart to make good impression so if you want to achieve your goal you need to work smart not hard.

I believe smart will lead the world because it will take less time and gives more productive and those people who uses there like multiple ways to find solutions.

In my opinion there is no era for doing hard work or doing the same smartly. Of course this is the trend of smart worker, but these people don't understand that the foundation of their work still lies at someone's hard work.

Hard workers are not the ones who waste their time doing lots of work, rather they are creative thinker who takes some time to device new thinks and serve the world. Smart worker can only satisfy their need but they can't become an example for others.

Facebook that has now became a fundamental part of our life. It was made by Mark Zukerberg by hard work and not smart work. To distinguish your self from the rest you need to do hard work.

When you use your physical efforts more than your mental efforts it's hard work & on the other hand when you give priority of your mental ability more than physical ability it's smart work. I think smart work is better than hard work. I give only one example, in the industry we use labors but they take too much time for doing a work but if we think in smart way means we use machines. So we can earn double profit & we can save our lots of time.

Hard workers does the things more hours while compare with smart workers because they always find a short cuts did the job very soon.

A person with poor background who doesnt have enough knowledge has to work hard to cope up with rest of the society. Without hardwork he/she cannot reach the level of smartness and work efficiently and effectievly. You all would be familiar with the phrase "Hard Work is the key for Success". And with success comes the confidence to work smartly.
