Regulatory bodies can just catch those people who are involved in these scams, these bodies can not change the mentality of the people who encourage these scams. The main reason behind these scams is corruption which starts from the general public. They start giving bribe to the officials to complete their work in a short period of time. And after that as a result it affects the public itself. As we can take example of 2G scam in which the companies give bribe to A.RAJA to get licences just for their benefit. So I think regulatory bodies can just support in reducing these scams but the main task is for the people to change their mind and remove corruption.

Thanks.

As discussed by many the main culprit for the scams are we. Small bribes eventually take the form of huge scams. It is the value system of the people that forms the foundation of thier character. If the foundation is only weak, no matter how many regulatory bodies we form, scmas will to continue to happen. Hence it is very important that we inculcate right values in the children from early stages itself. Also education plays a major role and contributes largely in moulding a character of the person. So right values, right education will definitely help to bring about the change. And India will surely acheive its dream to become developed nation.

To Stop the Government has to create a body who will give their report about the person who is willing to Fight the any Election. In this report they have to clear that the Person has a total Assets, and details of any offence against him/her, their character Certificate. After this every politician has to give their annual Assets report to the Government where they will disclose the total assets. After this if any politician found corrupted they have to catch by local police and take whole assets in the government custody.

Corruption is not spread in Government Bodies it is spread in Industries as well as government organisation.

Hi friends,

Scam is a big problem in our country. But what is the meaning of scam? 'Scam' means, when any people breaks the rule and do some thing wrong, what is harmful of our environment and society, as like deceive tax, mix up bed material of food product etc.

It is happen of country too much, why I said this word you know that if you watch in any sector then there anyone do honest work though he/she bound to do corruption. Because he/she is done this work by upper post holder.

If you think that you should stop then we have to be a honest and also brave. The government is chose by us and should play the roll follow our word.

For every good thing, we cannot look at Government. Law cannot change one's mindset, greed, lust of power etc. It is we who have to rethink and redefine the system of working honestly. Why scams happen?

It is only when we think and take it granted that we should do enough for our children and coming generations so that they don't require to work hard. In other words, don't you feel that we are trying to make them easy going, means neither to read, nor to compete and no use to society.

We should take only the requisite water for our field of crop. Excess water will not yield any result and instead spoil the crops.

I think its not only the regulatory body can helpout but each and every person of India shoud realise where our country is going and what we are doing for that?how much we are countributing for those scams. Yes we are countributing. Because as per present situation of India each and every person is responsible for such scams. In a small town itself when a person wants his work to get soon he will nt even think once before offering money to any govt server. They are not named as scams but from dere part it is a corruption which somehow countribute towards bogger scams like 2G and common wealth games.

The CBI predicted that the scam was mainly due to loss from underpricing the Government of India. The telecom bandwidth was being undervalued and the licenses were offered on the basis of 'First-Come-First-Served'.

Out of the 122 new licenses that were given out, 85 licenses were won by companies that did not meet the eligibility criteria. Some companies who did not have any telecom infrastructure also got 2G licenses

According to a report submitted by the Comptroller and Auditor General based on money collected from 3G licenses, the loss to the exchequer was 176,379crore

SCAMS be it of 2G, related to CWG, adarsh housing society scam, related to Indian black money in swiss bank, are all termites gradually eating the base strength of our democracy and the result of these shameful corrupt activities falls directly to common man.

So I firmly believe that regulatory bodies comprised of efficient members (obviously dedicated to country service and honest, well minded offcourse!) as well as strict norms. The regulatory bodies should be steadfast in their decisions and take into consideration each and every field of our society.

If they see the money there nature will be changed. we can try to prevent this by conducting surveys educating them about our country and the poor. whereas the politicians they are already educated but its our work to elect a perfect leader for our country who can develop the country and the rules and regulations in our country should be strict enough that the person should not think to do such things. If the political leaders are arrested also the jail for them will be like a VIP house. This is the difference between developed countries and India.

Hi friends.

Today corruption is one of the big challenges for India's growth. Take this example if we go to get OBC certificate, there th clerk ask 100 RS for percapita. It became a regular thing. Even thought they didn't ask people give bribe volunteerly for their urgent. Like that in RTO matter also if we have every documents properly why they ask bribe. By the way now scam minkled with our Indian life. First people should get change ourself then only we can point our finger to regulatory bodies and others.
