We Need More Entrepreneurs than Managers

Hi, friends entrepreneurship is the way to reduce the population of an unemployed man in India.

As we know, India has a huge population and because of less opportunity job, many candidates.

Become unemployed which is also lent to our country towards of decreasing the development.

So entrepreneurs could possible to overcome this problem, As and a nice think, I want to share with Indian entrepreneurs, is according to a measurement of less age of man for entrepreneurs is called to India its mean we have to glad for this. This is really a good indication of being a development India, I hope so one day no man will unemployed in India actually not possible but. Hope is the way of the goal.

Hello everyone. My view over this topic is that, we need more entrepreneurs than managers. An entrepreneur helps in creating employments to a large number of people. Entrepreneur becomes big with his innovative ideas, hard work and courage to do more and more. This kind of thinking helps in developing a nation.

Managers are ruled by their co-owners. But, entrepreneurs have freedom to take his firm to the top by any hook or crook. This encourages many people to succeed.

In our country we are in need of more and more entrepreneurs so that the wealth is created and remains in India only. One should get inspired from Bansals of e-commerce sites who have emerged from small startups.

As innumerable points have already being discussed in this long queue of ideas and points.

I would like to add a very important point to this discussion. Its not that both Entrepreneurs and Managers have to be different personalities. They can be the same person with both the qualities.

An entrepreneur can't be successful with a great idea if he is not able to plan, manage and implement it well.

On the other side, a manager can only be successful if he thinks that the idea/work he is supposed to do belongs to him assuming it to be his own business task.

Therefore we can say, we need both manager along with entrepreneurs in order to make out economy progress.

I think we need more entrepreneurs than the manager. Entrepreneurs help in job creation. They are constantly innovating and always trying to build new businesses. To make Start-Up India and MAKE IN INDIA program a success more and more entrepreneurs are required. Entrepreneurs help in the development of the economy. An entrepreneur had to look in multi-dimensions like sales, marketing, development whereas a manager thinks only in one specific field. The manager's role is to make sure what happens today will be successful whereas an entrepreneur has to see what is required in the future. Entrepreneurs can be a manager but managers cannot be an entrepreneur.

In my opinion excess of anything is bad as the basic principle of accounts and economics is to maintenance of balance. Yes I agree as we are developing nation and entrepreneurship culture for a country like India will enhance the growth and help us in growing more rapidly.

Entrepreneur develop the enterprise but its manager only who manages the organisation and help the organisation in achieving their goal.

As we all have studied the principles of management by Taylor and Fayol in class XII, which realize us the importance of managers, so both of these are required for development of the country.

My view on this topic is that the entrepreneurs are the owners of the company. They are the risk taker and can create prof as well as bear loss but have a right take decision and making policies. Its true that the manager can take the company to the top by his innovative ideas but they need the instruction of entrepreneur and do work on that goals which are set by entrepreneur.

India is the country of great population so we need more employment because there is problem of jobs leads to "brain drain".

For the development of India there is the need of more entrepreneurs than managers and their Teamwork.

According to my opinion entrepreneur are more important than managers because the entrepreneurs have their valuables resources which can be established for starting the new business.

If there are no entrepreneurs; no work for managers as for as concern India is the highly populated country with more youth population. The young people have their creative ideas and new innovation which can be used for new start-ups in the nation ; the experienced people can be managers should make the young entrepreneurs go in the right way.

Thus entrepreneurs are trees and managers are branches who helps to make a fruit; without trees, there is no branches and fruits.

Hello! friends, from my point of view both(entrepreneur and manager) are equally important for any of the business organisation so we should try to look at both side for the grand success of any business, so I suggest you all to focus on both side.

Today there are thousands of business are exist per day, but instead of it there are so many people, MBA's students are unemployed, they really need job but they are helpless, if they get right job at right time so, they can give their full effort to business and also to our society, and it leads to all round development of country. Entrepreneur has innovative ideas which is always in demand. Any idea after sometime will be stable and be taken over by some other advanced idea/ technology so a constant improvement of ideas of a company at par with the demand should always be there. Further, an entrepreneur can always manage his team if needed because managing team needs understanding of your team members, time and work management which doesn't need any management degree to apply. I believe any person who has already proved his innovative skills can master that as well. So, although we need both entrepreneur and managers equally but entrepreneur cannot be compromised ever.

I think we need more entrepreneurs than managers. An entrepreneur is a person who create a new idea, new business, invest money and also bring employment and maximises the profit where the role of the manager is also important ie. To manage all the resources that are provided by entrepreneurs.

So, entrepreneurship is must if there will be no startup, no Business what managers can do.

Everyone in our country wants jobs, most of the people are highly educated but due to unavailability of business, they are unemployed so for the growth of nation and people, a country like India need more entrepreneurs than managers.
