We Need More Entrepreneurs than Managers

I believe that an entrepreneur is a person who develops his self business from his own innovative ideas, which creates employment but the manager is a person who could manage a company with his skills.

But, the need of hour is to create maximum job opportunities for people of country because out of 65 lakh graduates per year only 15 lakh graduates are being able to get a job.

So, our country is in need of job providers instead of job consumers and it could be easily fulfilled with the help of network marketing, as it is the next revolution for the country through which a large employment could be created from this revolution.

India produce more manager compare to china but few entrepreneur may be because of investment, long gestation period to settle business, lack of government response there are so many reasons that's why our scholar student prefer to be cheap laborer for multinational companies rather than innovate something.

To run any industries its all depend on good manager they have vision to built successful company. Manager has potential to bring ideas into reality if they get properly motivated then those manager becomes distinguish entrepreneur. They says every person has three million idea in there life so you want to be entrepreneur.

I want to add my point colleagues. I think this statement is right that we need more entrepreneurs rather than manager India is a developing country and if we want to grow our economy than we need have our own manufacturing companies and new business idea. An entrepreneur is one who can develop new ideas generate them and implement them if we have our own business than we can grow at a speed like developed country. We all know that more of our qualified person go abroad for work in foreign companies of we have generated our new ideas and produce new job they can serve Indian companies.

When speak of every one then it means I see you as a group not as an individual this is the problem in our management sector today we find more managers than entrepreneurs. We are individual beings and should learn to make our identity as an individual and not as a group a group leader is always praised for its group so good emerging minds should be set to be future leaders than to stuff their brains by restricted activities from school level they should allow the students creativity to flourish and grow. This will lead to a leading country with better lifestyle and better level of business.

It say's that become a entrepreneur instead of job seeker. Yes it is correct. A entrepreneur is the Key player of country. It provides the job how is not willing to develop our business and help to increasing the GDP of country. India is a developing country where we required the lot of investment from outside however, if we try to developed our business with the new thinking of invention.

In my opinion, we need more managers than entrepreneurs.

As a Government has introduced many different programmes such as MAKE-IN INDIA and STARTUP INDIA, the only reason behind its failure is lack of good management team. We have hundreds of people around with great business ideas but they fail in leading their businesses because of poor management only as only capital, business idea and decision making is not merely enough for a person to become a leading business tycoon. Skilled and knowledgeable managers are more important to run a business healthy and smoothly. Thus, we need more good managers.

Of course I feel that entrepreneurs are required more than managers because entrepreneurs always try to face risks and they will come out of that and they make many new business, he undertakes every activities by his own than making work by others, but its not similar in case of managers, I'm not saying managers will not face anything but they follows some else and they makes the work by suggesting others.

But entrepreneurs make everyone to create their own new things and ideas, however both are very much required but comparing in between them entrepreneurs are much important.

Entrepreneurs are such a power that a single entrepreneur needs two managers so that manager can manage the flow of business in an order without fluctuations. But at present our country needs entrepreneurs. Lack of resources economically and mentally. Many of us still in the home with innovative ideas. So as per me, it needs to empower our country with the skills we have instead of working for other countries. So basically we need entrepreneurs first. Then managers will be produced instantly with organizations which are produced by entrepreneurs.

According to my point of view, We need more entrepreneurs than managers.

As India is growing day by day, country is looking forward towards more innovative and advanced ideas. To bring imagination into reality is what India needs in the growing years of development. Managers are the one who follows the same trend and manages the company to achieve it's goal but entrepreneurs are the one who comes out of conventional methods, they not only manages but also give their innovation to the society for making our lives more simpler and technologically advanced.

I think what we must strive for is an entrepreneurial mindset even in managers so that they can bring in innovation and calculated risk taking in all the projects they handle. This will definitely give a sharper edge to the ability of managers to contribute their part in the growth apart from managing.

Also in India we need to encourage individuals who seek to venture out in the unknown territory because not everyone can do that! We need entrepreneurs to build new things indigenous without which our country will remain dependent on the world for its pace of growth!
