We Need More Entrepreneurs than Managers

Hi. As my thought, the country needs an Entrepreneur only because most of the people in our country are managers. So, we definitely want an Entrepreneur, They take most of the risks better than managers. In most of the well-reputed company are having good managers and all over the country the managers are here. But risk taker entrepreneurs are low so, we want to increase their strength by encouraging in several ways. Most of the entrepreneurs can't get bank loans easily the government will take several steps to get bank loans easily who are having a specialized idea. So encourage the entrepreneurs to develop their ideas in a useful way. I conclude by saying that managers are also important but in our country, Less amount of entrepreneurs are having so we only to encourage them to alive.

Hi friends, I am in favor of entrepreneurship than just being managers.

Entrepreneurship helps in many ways especially in developing countries like India.

First each individual, whether fully educated or ill-iterated who has ideas and talent with them capable to start on their own, of-course with help of bank loans can establish their business so that they can stand on their own feet.

After completing studies instead of waiting for opportunities or blaming government for it better go for this option.

If most of the people go for this option, then our products with quality will be increased then we can reduce the importing of foreign goods so that import charges will be diminished. Further we can export them to other countries which brings profits not only to owners but also to government.

So, Our GD topic is "We need more entrepreneur than manager".

Yes, we need more entrepreneur than manager Because A entrepreneur is who developed a new idea, Skill and create employment. Developing Country like India the biggest problem is unemployment. We should create awareness between people to attaract towards creat entrepreneurship. Our PM Narendra Modi also introduced many schemes like Startup India, Make in India. Obviously This scheme helpful to all the young Generation who are interested to Entrepreneur. Besides everything I think entrepreneurship is only the to create employment and to make a developed country because we have the 2nd most human resource which we can use their knowledge, experience, risk taking capacity and new idea can make our country developed.

In my point of view, the person who is going to start a business as an entrepreneur should have to manage skills to run a business. Before being an entrepreneur he/she has to work in a company for at least 3 to 4 years to learn about the industry.

Once they learn the industry they can manage the business until they reach a certain height they have to keep everything under control, and for that entrepreneur should have to management skills. Or else he will be dependent on the manager for the progress. Fully dependent on others should be avoided in a business.

My conclusion is entrepreneurs should have managing skills to take the company to the next level.

In my opinion entrepreneur and manager both are important for an organisation because the manager cannot be an entrepreneur but an entrepreneur can be a manager and he can do the work of managers as well as an entrepreneur. In developing countries like India need of an entrepreneur is more than a manager because they have resources but they don't know how to utilize their resources for this honourable prime minister of INDIA Narendra Modi ji bring the concept of start-up India. In this they have given many opportunities for those who wish to open up their venture or an enterprise by this employment can be removed so I believe in that entrepreneur is more important than the manager. The manager helps for the companies growth but entrepreneur helps for the overall growth of the country.

Well, I think that both Entrepreneurs and Managers are important.

They both are important in their own aspects.

As Entrepreneurs are important because they have the capability to take risks and work as hard as possible but they cannot take the management at the upper level alone, for taking the business at the upper level we need managers because managers have management skills that are very important to manage a business and also they play leadership roles.

So, In my point of view, both Entrepreneurs and Managers are important and they should work together to take the business or start-up to next level.

Yeah, I do agree An entrepreneur is a person who takes risks, puts in effort & perseveres to achieve the end result. At the end, he may be rewarded for his effort. He sets examples and shows other people that a certain thing can be achieved by being an example himself. A manager by virtue of his profession is normally assigned a particular task & assigned some resources. He has to complete the assignment with the constraints imposed on him. An entrepreneur should be a good manager to manage his team & his resources. Managerial skills are essential for an entrepreneur to succeed.

A manager can be built with the degree only when an Entrepreneur can be making by experience and he can make as many managers under it which may again become an entrepreneur.

Entrepreneur ignites the fire managers task is to spread the fire. So a start is necessary for any kind of work and the credit goes to who first Excell it. Remaining is the managers who execute it in a systematic and profitable way.

Managers are not also less importance as they manage the whole business setup and make it run profitably. So as fuel is needed to run a car such as managers are needed to run a business.

Yes, we need more entrepreneurs in this country to create job opportunities for people but to became a successful entrepreneur the person must have a good experience but Indian education system is different here we are not allowed to do something new or not allowed to do a mistake. Or if we would not do any mistake then how we can learn. Or how there is a possibility to become a success. Here mentality of parents, teacher and students are different any person who do a study to getting the only job here. Most of the cases like this in India. So India to become successful entrepreneurs it's better firstly he or she should become a good manager by which they can get experience and feel independent to do something.

Yes, we are in a country were doing the world leading population country in world.

We have very least employment opportunities in our country.

We need more entrepreneurs than manager's because entrepreneurs can improve the business and make more innovations day by day And can decrease unemployment rate In India.

As we have opportunities like statup and make in India program which is started by our respected prime minister.

Which can support innovative ideas of business and creating employment were developed.

Example : cognitrex, Byjusapp a startup company created employment for many people.
