We Need More Entrepreneurs than Managers

Hi everyone, hope you are doing well.

According to me, we need more Entrepreneurs than manager am not talking that we do not need a manager, it is not like that. As the name suggested an Entrepreneurship act of designing, modelling of business in terms of gaining profit and somehow manager wants to gain profit but the difference is that working power is limited but an Entrepreneurs' not.

And the major difference is the manager give the job to the right person but an Entrepreneur invents the job to increase the brand level of the company.

The manager always thinks about the company somehow as an employee but an Entrepreneur thinks overall perspectives regarding the growth of a company like brand level, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), positive feedback etc.

We always want a person who should think regarding our (customer) satisfaction and growth of company also.

So, we need more Entrepreneur than the manager. THAT'S ALL.

I think we need more entrepreneurs than the manager. Entrepreneurs who do some business and create a new job for the people. As we know India is developing county and people more people were jobless. We need more employment for people. The entrepreneur knows how to run a business. Yes, the manager also do a major role in any business. Every success full business there is one manager who handles their business things like how to manage money and people into the organization.

Example like Mukesh Ambani he is a very successful businessman. Their reliance Jio plan that was the best example, he just put the idea in front of their employee and their employee, the manager will do all the thing for the success of their brand like jio. And that reliance Jio became a success within one or two months. So only entrepreneur mind doing all this thing.

The best way to understand the importance of both entrepreneur and manager is a lavish, sophisticated car which needs a driver (entrepreneur) and wheel (manager). A car cannot function well without a good driver and even after having a good driver it cannot move without its wheel. But the transformation from developing to the developed nation can only happen when we get rid of the word unemployment. For this, we need to respect new thoughts and ideas coming out of brains which otherwise can become 'Brain Drain'. Their efforts need to be assisted, appreciated and recognized. We are happy to have a Modi-led government who is trying to take all possible steps to make entrepreneurs feel safe and have a smooth experience while opening a new business. We need to understand that if we want a Microsoft or Apple companies from India then we need to support such talents.

Entrepreneurs are the ones who contribute a lot for the development of a nation. They bring out new ideas and techniques. Managers are those who contribute to the development of the organization started by the entrepreneurs.

WE NEED MORE ENTREPRENEURS THAN MANAGERS.

This is because India has the world's largest youth population. Young people are the builders of the nation. They can bring about a great change in the field of management. They have a great entrepreneurship quality. On the other hand aged people can be good managers due to their experience in life.

They can help the young entrepreneurs. As India has largest youth population they can contribute their young innovative minds in management which can take us from a developing position to a developed one.

According to my point of view we need more entrepreneurs because entrepreneurs are risk taking business persons who establish a company to achieve something. But managers are the persons who just manages the persons of his team to accomplish the given task.

As we are observing a MAJOR PROBLEM that our rupee value is decreasing day by day because of so many reasons but one among them is ENCOURAGE OF OTHER COUNTRY PRODUCTS.

So there is each and every need of entrepreneur for establishing new companies producing good products so that they act as OBSTACLES for not buying other countries products also providing employment to many educated which is SECOND major problem of our country.

So by encouraging entrepreneurs we can solve two major problems and also many minor problems and make our country INDEPENDENT on other country.

Entrepreneurs are the founder of any company, innovative ideas can be derived from them so in my point of view, entrepreneurs are the most important part responsible for evolving the business. They are a risk taker and if there is no entrepreneur then there is no value of a manager. Job opportunities can be increased by the entrepreneurs and managers are also existing just because of them. They are responsible for widespread the business throughout the world. So the entrepreneur is the vital part of upgrading the status of our country. Entrepreneurs emerge as one amongst thousands and we should be thankful to them for improving the economy of our county by expanding their business worldwide. Entrepreneurs take an initiative to start and Managers then are employed to stop it from shutting down. Its like a sound cannot be made with one hand. Rather than entrepreneur vs manager, my view would be a perfect mix of both of these in order to perfect any company.

On one hand we have entrepreneur who takes high risks and if successful will generate great results and on the other we have managers who avoid risk and do not let the business in to losses. So all of them have a role to play.

But in the current market situation where the scope for growth is less and opportunities are being hunted down and taken, we need a entrepreneur who will be able to find one and make the best use of it. Nevertheless we need managers to have a strategic plan for the maintenance of current position and avoidance of risks.

I am completely agree with this statement. India is a country of vast population and it is almost impossible to provide job to each and every person in private and govt sector. So, there is essence need of entrepreneur so that the job opportunities could be improved. Moreover, it will also reduces the demand of foreign products which in turn increases the value of Indian rupees.

No doubt, to choose entrepreneurship as a career option is just like to play with fire. But the value of gold is improved only after heating. So, just like gold we should also struggle to increase our value, & to increase the development of our country.

Managers are also important as they play a key role in the progress of a business. They have management skill, decision power, knowledge of market demand, etc. So, they are also equally important.

I would like to discuss about the topic that whether India needs more Entrepreneurs or managers.

What my viewpoint about this is that both managers and Entrepreneurs play is pivotal role in an organisation. And an organisation can not sustain without absence of even any one of them. So both are necessary but what I feel is that the what current requirement of India is entrepreneurs. More and more entrepreneurs as because this would mean more new startups, more job opportunities, strong economy and overall development of the place. This is what the current need of India is. Moreover its Entrepreneurs only who later become an organisation and hire the managers for there firms.

Conclusion : India currently requires more and more Entrepreneurs as because Entrepreneurs would later hire managers.

According to my knowledge the word Entrepreneur and a Manager is not synonymous. The entrepreneur is a person who starts a businesses enterprise with his own initiative, thoughts, risk, knowledge, and experience so on.

The manager is a person who manages the organization operations in the best of his ability.

Now the question is there more need of managers than entrepreneurs The hierarchical management consists of three levels the top, the middle and lower management.

And an entrepreneur belong to a level of top management.

And manager comes under rest of the two classes depending upon the field of technicality chosen by the managers.

For a firm to show its excellence it is important that both entrepreneur and manager.

Are required to achieve the goal and mission of the organization.
