We Need More Entrepreneurs than Managers

Yes we need more entrepreneurs than managers. More entrepreneurs in the country means setting up of more and more enterprises in the country and setting up of more and more enterprises in the country would result in betterment of employment opportunities in the country and boost the economy by way of increase in GDP and per capital income.

An entrepreneur bears the financial risks and take the initiative to starts a new business and has the ability, skills and competence which a manager possess to run day to day business. On the other hand managers are the persons who plan, build and monitor the objective set by the entrepreneurs to achieve the overall objects of the businesses set up by the entrepreneurs.

Conclusion:-

In my opinion there is an need of having more entrepreneurs in the country for both creating employment opportunities and betterment of the economy by contributing the GDP and per capital income of the country. However. We can not ignore the contribution of the good managers in success of the business setup by the entrepreneurs as merely setting up of more an d more enterprises will not solve the purpose.

Yes that's very true we need more entrepreneurs than managers I am happy that this topic has come up. Its like common sense that we need more entrepreneurs because everybody in our country wants to do job. But jobs would only be available when business would be there and in order to establish business entrepreneurs needs to emerge.

Government should appreciate the efforts of people wanting to become entrepreneur because also have an impact on our national income employment ratio and stuff. And besides its better to create jobs rather than searching jobs. The reason our country suffers is because we only believe in working jobs. We should learn from countries like you. Yes that creates job.

They don't even have much problem with economy because there entrepreneurship is spread world, they setup multinational companies like coca-cola we work in such companies other than that they produces things that whole world uses like automobiles, cellphones etc. We should also take on entrepreneurship and most importantly it would solve air problem of unemployment people of our country would be employed in our country itself.

Entrepreneurs and managers both plays an important role in the proper functioning of a business. Entrepreneurs are important because they come up with ideas, are willing to take risks for them, and try to make those businesses viable. It is also very important to have more entrepreneurs from an economic standpoint, as they create more employment opportunities.

According to my perspective, we need more managers than entrepreneurs. Because if an entrepreneur starts a new business or startup, in order to expand the business, the entrepreneur needs more and more managers for proper management. A single individual cannot single-handedly expand his business to a new level. If an entrepreneur is planning to expand his or her business to an international market, then he or she will require managers at every level and in every department.

It is really important to promote entrepreneurs, but at the same time, one should also cultivate proper managers. Ultimately, the entrepreneur will lead the business at the top level, but middle-level managers also play an important role in the proper functioning of a business.

According to me both entrepreneurs and manger are like two eyes for an organization's. Without a manager in an organization is like a playing a game without an umpire. Entrepreneurs will start up the business and take a risk that involves in business and raise the required capital for the business and can provide an employment opportunity to many people including managers. But an entrepreneur cannot control the day to day activities held in organizations for these he needs an efficient management team. Who will manage the day to day activities held inside the business? By these, an entrepreneur can take care of situations held outside of the business. By these, both entrepreneurs and managers business will move in profit line and can able to put themselves in the competitive zone and can survive for long period in the market. Managers can do entrepreneurs work when they had required capital to start up a business but entrepreneurs cannot do managers work which is like take caring of day to day activities.

Conclusion: we need more entrepreneurs with efficient managers.

In my point of view entrepreneurs are independent decision maker whereas managers are not an independent decision maker, here decision is not only the minor one but it involves all the major and minor decisions related to their business well being.

Entrepreneurs believes in changing the ideas into reality and thats the only principles they generally follows.

Entrepreneurs are like a newborn baby who has n number of ideas in their minds and they are always ready to take the risk. And it does not mean that risk always fails but if it is calculated risk where the chances of success becomes 90%.

Where as on the other hand managers are generally bounded by their seniors or some other higher authority. They take those decision which is under their limit or in their hands only and 90% of their other decision have to be shared by senior authority also.

Therefore I conclude my point by saying that entrepreneurs are the youth who can change the phase of this era through progress, inventions, developments, re-engineering in the business world.

Hello everyone, entrepreneurs and manager both are same importance in business. Entrepreneur's is the initiative to grown up a business its give initial idea how to develop the business and management role is to manage top level employs to worker involved with the company and to make a systematic chain like higher and key. Entrepreneurs should have all the quality to take initiative as well as managerial skills.

Here I am shearing one of my experience, I had attended one seminar on entrepreneurship network leading by one of the prominent faculty, teach us how 50 rupees can make to 100 rupees. So to make 100 rupees from 50 rupees first we have to think which business is perfect and we done it practically in this business our role was a salesman as well as a entrepreneurs, it was the challenging task.

Same way managerial task is also very challenging. Every knowledgeable person may not be a good manager. Its a skill to get the 100 percent effort from every employee involved with business/company.

An idea is the most resilient, highly contagious parasite. Once an idea has taken hold of the brain it's almost impossible to eradicate". But who will bring those ideas into actions?Those who dare to bring their ideas into practice and create something new, something innovative is the real leaders in today's highly competitive world. If you run out of ideas you are gonna loose the race sometime in near future. Managers do a fine job by ensuring that the ideas implemented are properly functioning. But what will they do if there is no idea?Steve jobs to Mark Zuckerberg to Bill Gates all of them have one thing common: they thought out of the box, they possessed the highly entrepreneurial spirit. And today we have apple, Facebook and Microsoft. Why do we fail to create such world-class companies?because of the lack of entrepreneurs.

We must foster and develop the environment where entrepreneurs are appreciated, assisted and recognised if we want to see any Microsoft like company coming from India.

Yes, I agree that we need more entrepreneurs than managers. It is also true that both are equally important for the establishment of any firm. But as many entrepreneurs will be in society there will be that much requirement of managers. The entrepreneurs are the one who takes risk by investing their resources, which is need to be complimented. In our society, many persons hesitate to take risk regarding their carrier. But the entrepreneurs are the one they dare to take risk with their carrier. I can relate this thing to an example. Let if there will be a land then only any person will be able to build a home or will be able to think for using that land for farming. If there won't be any available land then how a man can be able to use that. Entrepreneur can be understood as land and managers can be understood as home or corps. Entrepreneurs are bale to exceed the whole economy to a new level. USA can think themselves above any country in the world only due to their entrepreneurs.

For a nation like India entrepreneurship stands far ahead than being a manager.

1) New startup will provide nation with new job opportunities which will help nation in fighting unemployment.

2) As an entrepreneur you can reap all the benefits of your hardwork whereas working for a company most of the individual are underevaluated with respect to their hardwork.

3) Majority of Indian workers fall under the category of cheap labour for such companies, so becoming your own boss can provide one with better life.

4) Even the biggest of Multi-National companies started from a scratch so starting so a new startup can have a chance of growth far beyond imaginaton.

5) Establishment of new startup may increase the foreign investment in the country which can improve the value of Indian Rupee in Global market.

1) As per my perspective, entrepreneurs is more needed at this time for a better economy in India.

2) Right now lots of entrepreneurs are investing in India and Indians are just ready to do their jobs. That is a big reason for unemployment.

3) We should spread the awareness of the importance of entrepreneurship, after the development of business in India, we will not depend on any other country. Youngsters will get new opportunities and jobs.

4) But problem is that everyone wants an easy life, 6 digit salary, and a comfort zone because in business we have to give extra time and energy for development.

5) Right now we are in the developing phase economy has been totally vanished due to the covid pandemic.

6) Indians are also very talented and enthusiastic in every aspect. But it is the duty of govt to give opportunities to these young people and invest their money.
