We Need More Entrepreneurs than Managers

No doubt we need more entrepreneurs than managers.

We talk about stand-up India, start-up India, and make-in-India. All these cannot be possible without entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs are the one who creates jobs, manufacture new products in the country itself and so we have to less dependent on others. And the fact is more the no of entrepreneurs more will be the requirement of managers. Therefore we should focus more on creating more entrepreneurs.

More entrepreneurs will give more managers. But managers cannot appoint an entrepreneur. . Entrepreneurs means person who is entering into new business. More entrepreneurs will create more employment and this will be contribute to our country.

So firstly, I will say that entrepreneurship originates from the internal capability to take risks on behalf of any field. It produces your skills, ideas, and coordination. Manager's job is also typical but relaxable because her employees work there. He only takes biodata of that and did not have any type of pressure. This way entrepreneurship is the stairs to success where you should think abroad.

Entrepreneurs are the person's who start up there own business & who will provide Employment Opportunities to others. Generally Entrepreneurs are the risk takers.

Managers are the Persons who work in top management & they will execute the ideas which were given by entrepreneur's. If Entrepreneur's are not there then who will provide opportunities for the rest of the people. So Entrepreneur's are like roots in the business Era.

Short and Sweet, I am an entrepreneur who is running medium sized business of machines and have more to go. For that I want those managers who wants to be entrepreneurs here in this discussion with a strong desire to get the world inside.

According to my point on view both are play vital role. Entrepreneur is a back bone of the business and manger is mind of the business than helps both a them a business successfully run. We all know that without back bone a body can't survive his life or on the other hand without mind we can't live so it is also similarly with a business. Entrepreneur and manager both are equally important.

According to me, India is developing country and most of the products are imported, so we need to have entrepreneurs which can bring new ideas into business. Due to this our imports get reduced and it contributes to rise in GDP growth of the country.

According to a report India is a country with youngest population, entrepreneurs will help in increasing employment in the country. There will be never be a shortage of managers because out of 100 people only 10 percent of people have the idea that can be molded into a business.

I also believe that we require more entrepreneur than managers because today in our country we have plenty of raw resources available we just require it is to skill and investment. Since as per the central government idea of start up still up INDIA it will give huge enthusiastic to the entrepreneur and also who are thinking to be entrepreneur.

But some will have talent in managing the small scale industry some can manage the large scale also. According to me, if you become an entrepreneur you should get some new ideas and innovations that should be implemented in this world. Those who can't get some new ideas but they are well talented in managing means they can go according to there path. My conclusion is that "who are all well talented on their own path they can go head according to their wish".

Hi. As my thought, the country needs an Entrepreneur only because most of the people in our country are managers. So, we definitely want an Entrepreneur, They take most of the risks better than managers. In most of the well-reputed company are having good managers and all over the country the managers are here. But risk taker entrepreneurs are low so, we want to increase their strength by encouraging in several ways. Most of the entrepreneurs can't get bank loans easily the government will take several steps to get bank loans easily who are having a specialized idea. So encourage the entrepreneurs to develop their ideas in a useful way. I conclude by saying that managers are also important but in our country, Less amount of entrepreneurs are having so we only to encourage them to alive.
