I think we need more entrepreneurs than the manager. Entrepreneurs who do some business and create a new job for the people. As we know India is developing county and people more people were jobless. We need more employment for people. The entrepreneur knows how to run a business. Yes, the manager also do a major role in any business. Every success full business there is one manager who handles their business things like how to manage money and people into the organization.

Example like Mukesh Ambani he is a very successful businessman. Their reliance Jio plan that was the best example, he just put the idea in front of their employee and their employee, the manager will do all the thing for the success of their brand like jio. And that reliance Jio became a success within one or two months. So only entrepreneur mind doing all this thing.

Yes, we need more entrepreneurs than managers. If India wants growth it needs more entrepreneurs as it leads to employment and development to economy too. Entrepreneurs are independent body they ruled the managers.

I believe that an entrepreneur is a person who develops his self business from his own innovative ideas, which creates employment but the manager is a person who could manage a company with his skills.

But, the need of hour is to create maximum job opportunities for people of country because out of 65 lakh graduates per year only 15 lakh graduates are being able to get a job.

So, our country is in need of job providers instead of job consumers and it could be easily fulfilled with the help of network marketing, as it is the next revolution for the country through which a large employment could be created from this revolution.

My view on this topic is that the entrepreneurs are the owners of the company. They are the risk taker and can create prof as well as bear loss but have a right take decision and making policies. Its true that the manager can take the company to the top by his innovative ideas but they need the instruction of entrepreneur and do work on that goals which are set by entrepreneur.

India is the country of great population so we need more employment because there is problem of jobs leads to "brain drain".

For the development of India there is the need of more entrepreneurs than managers and their Teamwork.

I want to put light on the topic as Yes, this statement is right some what and it looks like odd by listening how it can be possible thinking of the need of more entrepreneurs than the managers can't be think it, see if you look at we have more managers than entrepreneurs.

Yes if you look at we need more entrepreneurs for the development of country and to reduce the unemployment rate. But we can't think that we are need of more entrepreneurs than the managers and we are too need of managers as too.

Conclusion :

Yes I agree, we are need of more entrepreneurs for the development of our country but not more than managers we need managers because its the ability of a manager to manage better.

Entrepreneurs take an initiative to start and Managers then are employed to stop it from shutting down. Its like a sound cannot be made with one hand. Rather than entrepreneur vs manager, my view would be a perfect mix of both of these in order to perfect any company.

On one hand we have entrepreneur who takes high risks and if successful will generate great results and on the other we have managers who avoid risk and do not let the business in to losses. So all of them have a role to play.

But in the current market situation where the scope for growth is less and opportunities are being hunted down and taken, we need a entrepreneur who will be able to find one and make the best use of it. Nevertheless we need managers to have a strategic plan for the maintenance of current position and avoidance of risks.

According to me,

A country, to get successful need both entrepreneurs as well as managers in same ratio. A little imbalance in their ratio can cause a huge loss to country in many different ways like economic as well as social entrepreneurs are for those who want to change the world with their ideas and believe in themselves, ready to take risk and want to lead the world. On other hand, managers help them complete their dream.

Of course I feel that entrepreneurs are required more than managers because entrepreneurs always try to face risks and they will come out of that and they make many new business, he undertakes every activities by his own than making work by others, but its not similar in case of managers, I'm not saying managers will not face anything but they follows some else and they makes the work by suggesting others.

But entrepreneurs make everyone to create their own new things and ideas, however both are very much required but comparing in between them entrepreneurs are much important.

A manager is confined to his job and responsibilities only. This consists the innovation qualities. But when we will think of an entrepreneur, it is full of innovation. Who are the more risk takers and innovators, they are the entrepreneurs? Anyway, the industries are the backbone of our growth, GDP and unemployment also. When an entrepreneur employs 10 workers, then we have to think how many will get benefit out of it? Answer is, if each worker has 5 members in his family, then in total 50 will get benefit out of it. And finally, you will get heartily satisfaction.

But at present our country needs entrepreneurs. Lack of resources economically and mentally. Many of us still in the home with innovative ideas.
