Dear All,

Ideas rule the world. For capital formation, the available resources are to be churned to make more profits and ploughed back. Profit is a direct reward for taking risk. Entrepreneurs take the RISK. Whether it be in Agriculture, Industry or Service, they come out with new ideas and implement the same, with own or borrowed capital. Success rate depends on the idea itself and more so the conviction of the entrepreneur on his own idea. Once the initial hiccups are tied over, normally it may take on an average 3 years, if he is lucky, he is established. Till his venture reaches optimum levels he may manage it himself. But once, it becomes, unwieldy for himself to stretch beyond certain levels, he looks for managers to assist him. Although the managers work for him some of them develop ownership traits and are developed as entrepreneurs in his own business or the manager branches out to new ventures.

In this process, unemployment problem can be addressed suitably by encouraging more and more graduates to develop themselves as entrepreneurs and make revolution in our agriculture, agribusiness, industry and other service industries thus making a big leap in economic development. With this noble and workable idea only more and more programmes are taken up by our national Government to make freshers as self employed rather than, wait and watch for jobs. Better take risks and be part of national development. This way definitely individuals are also benefitted beyond their expectations.

Thanking all.

Hello everyone,

I think both are important entrepreneur need manager and vice versa as entrepreneur offer job opportunity decrease unemployment and invest money and set goals and the Manager set a clear strategy for how to achieve these goals through manage, inspire and motivate the employee to achieve these goals.

I believe that we need more entrepreneurs than managers because in a country like India people are job oriented than owning their own business. Since the risk associated with business are high therefore people who even think of having their own business back out.

Since we don't gave proper policies to fund and support young entrepreneurs so in order to increase the no of entrepreneurs government needs to have a better policies. Entrepreneurs help in reducing unemployment, increasing growth, GDP, and working for yourself.

According to my opinion entrepreneur are more important than managers because the entrepreneurs have their valuables resources which can be established for starting the new business.

If there are no entrepreneurs; no work for managers as for as concern India is the highly populated country with more youth population. The young people have their creative ideas and new innovation which can be used for new start-ups in the nation ; the experienced people can be managers should make the young entrepreneurs go in the right way.

Thus entrepreneurs are trees and managers are branches who helps to make a fruit; without trees, there is no branches and fruits.

Comparing entrepreneurs with managers are similar to comparing apples and oranges. While entrepreneurs use their novel idea to make a product, a manager helps in making that product efficiently with minimum resources.

The managers are also required in conventional industries and businesses, therefore it is not entirely true that managers depend totally on entrepreneurs.

We can understand it with an example, Steve Jobs made Macintosh and apple computers but even he required managers to make these products cost effective and competitive in the market.

Hii,

This is Shivani, and my opinion on this is that we need more entrepreneur than the manager. Because manager only manages the company and represent the client but entrepreneur stand for the changes in business plan accordingly the need of the current situation and apply different ideas to make changes in the business.

If the number of entrepreneurs present in the company then everyone one try to give their best and which one is best is choose for that and apply to the business plan. And manager represents the plan and handle all the loss and gain.

Yes, we need more entrepreneurs than managers because entrepreneurs are the risk-takers and in any organisation risk is involved. But managers do not bear much risk as they are not the owners of the organisation.

I think we need both managers and entrepreneur as an entrepreneur can manage his business but not all entrepreneurs can manage their business. Not all can be all-rounders. So an entrepreneur needs managers. And a manager also needs an entrepreneur to work with. Therefore they both need each other.

Hi all,

I would like to add one different point.

Even if most of you agreed on same point that entrepreneurs help in development of the country more as compared to managers as they take risk and start the business with some innovative ideas, but we also have to look towards how many of these become successful. So even though entrepreneurs form integral part of the development of the country, there would always be need of managers to make their business efficient which would lead them to become successful. So both of them have to work hand in hand.

I appreciate everyone's answer.

Yes, we need more entrepreneurs in this country to create job opportunities for people but to became a successful entrepreneur the person must have a good experience but Indian education system is different here we are not allowed to do something new or not allowed to do a mistake. Or if we would not do any mistake then how we can learn. Or how there is a possibility to become a success. Here mentality of parents, teacher and students are different any person who do a study to getting the only job here. Most of the cases like this in India. So India to become successful entrepreneurs it's better firstly he or she should become a good manager by which they can get experience and feel independent to do something.

Thanks.
