I think all the students join MBA don't aim only money but also a reputable position. In industries, today, Administrators/Managers must have some extra ordinary outlook with excellent information and through proper education & institution. This is the basic and important qualification for being a successful manager having smart sized salary. Thus, for better position with better money students choose MBA.

I don't think the rush for MBA is really a rush for big money. Every person won't get a good salary as soon as MBA is completed. It depend's upon the skill and temperament of the person to satisfy the organisation with his intellectual ideas and to bag a good salary and some people will study MBA course for developing their own business.

The rush for MBA is a big rush for money.

Strictly speaking here at this juncture, in this ever changing scenario, money rules the world. It doesn't mean that we only have a craze for money and go in the pursuit of MBA degree but of course we can make money but can't win our self satisfaction until and unless we do justice to our work. Mastery in Business administration is not merely a degree beside one's name but it also implies one only becomes a master if and only if he can manage the entire business withstanding all the hurdles coming across one's life.

On the whole, I can say that MBA has become a lure for everyone who has completed graduation and tempting them to go in that track.

The rush for MBA is a big rush for money. Its true. Every person doing MBA have only purpose to get good salary and earn more money. No doubt MBA degree doesn't gives guarrante to have hike in the salaries but its in your own hand to choose right job or good company for completing your wishes or to get good salary. If a person doesn't get good salary but behind all this he did MBA only for good earnings. It also increase our reputation and money makes reputation. so its completely correct.......

In my point of view, the rush for MBA is really a rush for big money. Its correct. The students join in MBA either aim to make huge money or just wants hike their salary, but however if a student wants to make him/her entry through out the corporate sector then must have some extra ordinary outlook with a positive attitude and good personality, which comes from MBA.

The rush of MBA not for big money because in sense of big money means when you take admission in Top most B school i.e, IIM. Other than top B school no any grantee to get good job. Generally do MBA after graduation for taking specialization in any field which help for getting a job.

When some one do MBA after engineering that may be two reasons behind this.

1. They want paper work (not want plant/operation duty).

2. They want rise very fast in organisation by help of certificate.

Hi Friends,

In my opinion, the given topic may stand true in some instances but cannot be agreed totally.

Yes while taking an MBA degree, the candidate do thing think of the incentives attached with it but at the same time the MBA degree doesnot guarantee of getting huge salaries. After all, a person can only make big in business if he has the required leadership and managerial skills. Also how his strategies and plans prove effective in the current global market also holds significance. This tests how effective he can use his learnings from the B-school for his benefit. Moreover our country may have hundreds of B-school but how much value-addition they are doing too matters.

Rush for MBA is definitely rush for money because if people are investing lakhs of money in order to gain that degree, obviously to get more returns than they have invested. More over a mba person has its own status he stands apart. In terms of knowledge and academics. MBA teaches and sharpen your management skills, which is the main asset of any MNC, Small firm or family owned business. A person can get a good pay package and a businessman can make profits by utilising his MBA Skills. Ultimately the goal is to make money along with your individual development.

I do not think that the rush for MBA is for the rush for money. Yes, it is ever present, but I believe someone who dreams of MBA is looking for a opportunities and freedom job wise. Having only a bachelor degree puts the limit to individual growth and thus doesnt lead to satisfaction. Also, people do not prefer Masters in their respective discipline because of the saturation and the lack of interest.

An MBA degree over hauls the personality of the individual, exudes confidence, guarantees satisfaction. His decision making prowess improves considerably without any expense of making a destabalising mistake both job wise and life wise.

Not to mention the prestige attached to MBA degree. Men become more suitable grooms, women becomes the target of many bachelors just because the scope it provides is limitless.

Also, consider being an entrepreneur. The only way to start a business is by accumulating initial capital. What fastest way to accumulate exp and capital than a MBA degree.
