Getting a MBA degree is just not about getting a huge money. Its all about getting a chance in a reputed organisation at a decent designation with a justifiable salary package to prove his/her worthiness. Because in the current scenario, "To get something we must have something. Having something inspires us to do something extraordinary for the welfare of society as well as of the organisation."

According to me the rush for MBA is not really a rush for money at least for some people. Money of course plays an important role in increasing our standard of living. But money alone cannot provide all satisfaction in a profession. And I don't consider a MBA certificate as the only means of getting a high salary. Then why do many people go for courses like medicine, piloting etc. Each individual has a set of interests, skills and special areas or settings in which he can explore himself. It may be a clinic, ship, an organization etc. And the real success lies in discovering this. If a group of people is only targeting money in their profession. Then its for sure that he'll be highly unstable in his setting.
If we are truly interested and do work hard in any profession. For sure money will obviously follow. So money is not something preliminary.

In my opinion,
MBA is not a rush for big money. Because if someone like to rush for big money, He/She can also get that witout MBA. I accept that MBA is also a way to make big mone, But MBA is not the only way to do so. MBA is the way to improve our key skills, descison making power and make ourselves satisify to live in leeding organisation.
In my view we must run for our intrests, hobies etc. It will make us money as well as self-satisification.

According to me rush for MBA is not only rush for big money. Nowadays Corporates hiring MBAs. They hired MBA's as a Management Trainee. Somebody thinking that if I getting a MBA Degree then I will get a good job with handsome package. But getting a good job or enter into a corporate world is not so easy. Corporates are hiring MBAs because they want skillful, knowledgable candidates. So corpporates want those MBIANS who can apply and utilise their skill, ability and knowledge in the organization for which they have learned in the MBA School. In present scenario competition is increasing in job market. So grab a good is not so easy. Therefore MBA is a field where candidates can develop their personality, communication skill, presentation skill, ability, knowledge etc. If candadates can develop this traits then it will help a persons whole life. So developed urself as much as you can then success will come automatically and money also.

Rush for MBA is not a rush for big money, because there are so many other professions available in which a person grab a good salary. It totally depends on the likings of an individual. People attracted towards MBA, just because of the limelight of the business people, but they don't know that many of them are not MBA's, like Dhirubhai Ambani, Bill Gates etc. But they have created a milestone in the business world with there new idea, clear vision, hard work & without a MBA Degree. It just happens with the changing scenario of thinking. Earlier people prefer a field like doctor or engineer, because these fields marks a good impression on one's image, but now these fields are replaced by MBA or CA, CS.

No, I probably don't agree with this concept that "Rush for MBA is really a Rush for Big Money, because the world is updated with various professions which would fetch a huge amount of money as salary or remuneration. Of course MBA provides the skilled MBIANs with higher financial growth but mostly people doesn't pursue for that reason.
If anyone does an MBA for financial growth then he surely would result in job dissatisfaction. It depends on the individual skills, talent, knowledge, presentation etc for pursuing an MBA. If we have such skills we would definitely have big money rushing after a perfect MBIAN.

I think money can be one of the motivating for doing an MBA but it is certainly not the only one and in case if it is, then that person cannot be a successful person in a true sense.
An mba is much more than money but only if you are passionate about it and you are not going it just for the lure of big money. This passiona and clarity of thought is so important that in each of the b schools' interview, each candidate is asked why does he/she wants to do mba. And if they find that the candidate is not clear about this, then obviously they won't select him.
Mba makes equips you with the right skills which will help you in your career of management. You need to put your consistent efforts in order to become a sucessful manager and that can only come if you that vision and not just the greed for money.
