Technologies does create income disparities. Benjamin franklin said "time is money", and technology saves a lot of time in our daily lives. We should take real life examples here, today we don't have to walk or travel miles to convey our messages we just call or Text from our mobile phones. We get immediate information about the stock market on the mobiles or Televisions, these means makes our life easy and fast so that we can earn more in lessen time.

Hi Friends, According to me Technology creates income disparities. Because in India more than 40% people are living in rural areas. In which most of them are unknown about the new technology. They hard work lo live their life and earn less. On the other hand people who are living in urban areas are very well known about new technology. They work less and earn more. I think government should take some necessary steps through which people who are living in rural areas and unknown about new technology will get benefit of new technology.

According to me, "Technological Progress is correlated with increasing income inequality".

We know that technology is more important in our daily life. But due to the difference between a poor and a rich & a skilled and an unskilled persons, it varies.

It creates inequality, where technology is high and only skilled persons can apply for the job but not unskilled. So, it creates Income Disparities.

In my point of view, technology has both advantages and disadvantages. At some point, like in our daily lives, various types of appliances have made our work easier but it have also reduced our capability to do work efficiently. Humans have become lazy. Similarly, in industries, it has greatly helped in making manufacturing processes and methods simpler and easier to operate but it had also reduced the employment sector.

In today's world technology has become a integrated part of our life. We cannot imagine our our life without technology. Every one using technology. From a bus conductor to a scientist, from a man from rural area to urban area, every where technology is being used. But everything has a positive as well as some negative. The positives are.

1. It has made our life easier.
2. It has made peoples creative and innovative.
3. It has made our life happier.
4. It has created lot of job opportunities.

Negatives.

1. The latest technologies which are coming out like smart phones, I phones, to handle them we need some sort of intelligence. Some times some middle aged peoples find this hard to acquire these skill. Then technology becomes curse for them.

2. Our technology is developing too fast, and sometime its fast development creates problems like recession in the market, when lot of peoples have to lose their job.

In a country like India, where a large number of people are still deprived of the ray of education technology creates disparity. Our economy is based mostly on agriculture and most of the farmers are not educated so it is difficult for them to use technology to earn their living rather than working physically. Besides it is not possible for a farmer to afford such costly technical equipment's to earn his living.

At that point of view new technical methods are creating a big problem. In the past where most of the works were done manually, now a days we can do most of the works by different machines easily. Therefore it saves the manual labour but it creates an employment crisis as well.

In my point of view technology will not create income disparities, because without technology there will be no stock market, if at all it is present it will not be reached to a common man.

Another point is with the use of technology the banking industry has grown much bigger that without the banks no work will be done and in the banks without computers not even a single transaction cannot be done that's the power of technology.

Good morning everyone. Our topic is whether technology creates income disparities or not?in my point of view technology is not creating any income disparities because in present scenario we can not lead our life without technology. It has been growing day by day on for sake of people. To make our works more efficient they are struggling to improve more technology with less cost.

As our friends said only urban people are aware of technology, and some rural areas are not beneficial with the technology. Its not true because the technologies developed are almost going through every part of societies.

I would like to tell one example that in olden days where technology was not there people in rural areas used rikhshaw and now we can not see a single rikhshaw in our country. That means technology is being used by everyone. Ofcourse only some areas who are illiterate are not aware of technology.

I would like to conclude that its not technology creating income disparities, its literacy of the people. So if we increase standard of education and educate each and every one in our society technology can be efficiently used. It leads to development of the country.
