The term, " Technology " is a Science, a discipline that refers to an innovation or a discovery which makes your work and life easier in terms of every aspect. Yes, it is true that technology creates income disparities. As the technology becomes more and more advanced there is a less need of manpower. As the manpower resource loses its importance it leads to unemployment.
Even though self-employment may be managed, it does not have its positive impact on the income of any person. In other words a work done by a man may take an hour for which he or she may be paid. If the same work is completed by a computer or any advanced equipment then it does the work of a man in a minute or two. Moreover it meets the demand or produces extra products which not only decreases the utility of manpower but also doubts the performance of a human ability and capacity. Of course in a long run it is a human who wins the race.
However in our day to day lives it is the technology which is slowly taking place the human labour. Concluding, I would like to tell that every thing has its own limit. So also we need to develop technology which when judged should not disrupt the human life in any way, whatsoever it may be. Technology is good for research on things such as discovery of any new planets or stars in the sky and not for the corporate world or in the day to day life of a common man.
My opinion would be to use traditional methods which not only teaches man to be a hard worker but also keeps him active ignoring the laziness aroused due to an advanced technology. I would like to spread a message to the world, " Be the ruler or master of technology. Don't allow technology to be the master of your minds. ".

Technology in general is greater impact in the world whether in terms of social or economical it has created major reflection on income of day to day resources and wages of people and yes it has made income disparities between the employees working in same environment and their is situation which creates clashes based on employees age, employees experience in company and more over employees management and technical skill are basic needs which is necessary for company which may vary from person to person and their personality and the quality of representing and presenting their technical skills which creates the barrier for difference between income disparities.
The Technical skill and management skill is the most important role for the process of technology to be popular which in general impacts on the income resources of people,
The technology which gains most profit would be equally creating higher profit which may increase the company reputation, status and may also increase statistical ratio profit, projects and works of company which may increase the income of one company and other developing company may lead to be seated in backward place which may decline their process of deals and statistical profit which is totally indicative on their income resource so Yes I would like to conclude that the Technology impacts on income which may lead to income disparities.

Now days, Technology is a part of our life. We can't survive even a single day without technology. Technology has lots of merit and some demerits. So merits are:
1) Technology provides Internet which provides GPS. So GPS is a very powerful thing, we can search every unknown place within a second.
2) Technology provides online business. If you have talent then make your websites, applications & etc then you can earn at home in every second without any tension.
3) Technology provides social site like Facebook, Gmail, LinkedIn, twitter & etc so that we all are connected with each other where distance doesn't matter.
4) So here I'm sharing my view with you only because of Technology.
Where Technology is a good thing but it's provides some negative points:
1) Now days everyone is addicted to use it. Like now days even children spends their whole days on playing Game, Whatsapp, we-chat, Facebook, & etc they are spending their whole day in front of a box called computer, which is not good for their health while in the earlier days children used to spend their time in playing cricket, football, some physical activity.
2) It's very difficult to understand about a technology for uneducated people, so it creates problems for them, like me.
So In the end, I want to say that technology is good & necessary for us, because more technology more growth.

I think technology has actually created income disparities. The best example is computer which is also one of the reasons for the disparity. Proficient in computer means you need to b acquianted with each and every language. The persons adroit in these languages are always preferred in any IT company and hence provided with high income than those who have just a basic computer knowledge and got a job in small sectors.
One more example that I would like to set is the private institute be it a coaching institute or retailing sectors. In coaching classes, the technology has enabled the students present in some state, to view their teacher and his lectures delivered in some other state. For which the institute has to charge more from their students to compensate for their extra expenses. That has also created more income disparities between the these lavish institutes and conventional institutes.
Another instance is the various kinds of equipments that hospitals are using and therefore it actually adds to their income because they have to charge more for any operations or any examination treatment like x- rays etc. Although the technology has always proved beneficial to everybody. But on the same floor, it has created income disparity.

Hi Guys,
As we all know that 'time is money' use of technology saves our time in all the works and we are able to do more work with the help of saved time. Technology is a boon for the world at all the work places where all the people are able to do their working easy any how. Nowadays production level is increasing as per demand in the market as maximum productions houses are using modern technology and fairly treat all the products for getting positive feedback however get more & more profit in the business. We can realize that when we do proper working in this competitive world so facing Income Disparities are not a shock news.
When we would not use technology we would face many problems and we would try to troubleshoot the problems all the time and in result we would got time waste in front of us but with the help of technology we got different-2 innovations for making work easy all the time like mobile phone we can talk to anybody to anywhere, computers we are able to perform well compare to past time and there are many more innovations with us all the time for making our working easy so over all I can say that yes there are Income disparities because of technology.
Thanks.

Good morning everyone. Our topic is whether technology creates income disparities or not?in my point of view technology is not creating any income disparities because in present scenario we can not lead our life without technology. It has been growing day by day on for sake of people. To make our works more efficient they are struggling to improve more technology with less cost.
As our friends said only urban people are aware of technology, and some rural areas are not beneficial with the technology. Its not true because the technologies developed are almost going through every part of societies.
I would like to tell one example that in olden days where technology was not there people in rural areas used rikhshaw and now we can not see a single rikhshaw in our country. That means technology is being used by everyone. Ofcourse only some areas who are illiterate are not aware of technology.
I would like to conclude that its not technology creating income disparities, its literacy of the people. So if we increase standard of education and educate each and every one in our society technology can be efficiently used. It leads to development of the country.

Technology is a big part of our world today. The new generations of our world are so familiar to technology because this is what they are growing up with. It can spark discussion because we can communicate with each other when we are on the other side of the world, we can discuss movies and shows and even similar video games that we play.
If you're complaining about children not talking with their parents you need to realize that the parents are putting it upon themselves. If they didn't want their children ignoring them by staring at a screen, they can take whatever type of technology it is away or never even give them the electronic in the first place.
We make technology seem like such a bad thing because we don't realize it is easy to stop the negative affects it has. Technology has many positive affects including, you can share your emotions online just like how I am right now, you can prove yourself, be creative, we can talk to other people and many other amazing affects technology has had on our world.
It has made many aspects of our lives much easier and overall is just trying to positively help us yet we make it a negative.

Technology, as the definition goes, is the making use of the knowledge of tools, machines, techniques, systems or methods of organization to solve a problem effectively and efficiently. Thus the use of technology helps us to acheive greater efficiency in terms of speed, productivity and income. The cause of economic disparity between the rich and poor, urban and rural people often attributes to the fact that the people who are rich or who are from urban regions of our country have better access to the proper utilization of the various technological marvels of our age.
Hence, in my view the unequal oppurtunity to access technology is the driving force behind the disparities in income between people belonging to the different strata of our society, but on the other hand it is the technical know how when properly distributed among people can help us to bridge the income disparities. For example, today farmers in our country are getting better oppurtunity to use hybrid seeds, modern equipments and technical knowledge of our scientists to increase their yield of crops thereby increasing their income.

Having access to technology can help people to gain better access to information and improve upon their daily activities. There is a 'Digital Divide' that exists n India due to unaffordability of the huge rural population for technology. Better access to technology can help farmers learn about market prices and better practices in accordance with the data from meteorological organizations. Also farmers can know about which crops to produce regarding current climatic data and predictions regarding weather changes and monsoon cycles. This can improve their livelihood, demand better prices from middlemen and raise their incomes.
Also with technological exposure people can receive technical education which helps them get jobs and acquire skills and improve their livelihood. But this must backed by better education facilities and conduct education drives as it happened in Kerala and helped it reach a 100% literacy rate.
Technology is not the only cause for disparity, but in a multi pronged approach to reduce income disparity, better access to technology is an important factor.

Hello everyone, To my opinion technology creates disparities in income but it cannot be blamed single handed. Our education system is also responsible for that. Technology will not stop at any point. Science will keep upgrading technology but proper education should be there to train the manpower to be adapt to the new technologies and upgrade themselves. As technology develops there is less need for manpower. Computers and robots are replacing human man power but that doesn't mean there is fewer employment opportunities for humans. The way of employment has changed. It is less labour oriented and more skill oriented now. Take an instance. In banks, there is passbook printing machines and ATM's to dispose of cash but only a person can do the marketing oriented job there. For customer service, there needs an human employee only. So it is more skill based job. And where people are less skilled they lack behind unemployed. So it creates income disparity. The courses and syllabus of education should be changed in a way that develops creativity not create hard working labourers.
