Hi Guys!

In my view, it is obvious that technology has created income disparities in India. This is because the work which was earlier done manually taking hours of time is now possible to get done even in a few minutes with the use of technology. And 5 men's work is done by a single machine, so employment has been reduced. But those five men earn uniform less amount of income which is earned in summation by a single person operating the machine; just because he has the knowledge to operate it.

We should also not deny the fact that though the machine has reduced the manpower requirement, on the other hand, a large man-power is required to manufacture that machine. So one can say that the employment is balanced, but unfortunately, India imports machines from other countries and therefore India is just focusing on the work to be done by machines and not the work to be done for machines.

This is where India is lacking and hence I personally agree with the statement "Technology Created Income Disparities".

Now days, Technology is a part of our life. We can't survive even a single day without technology. Technology has lots of merit and some demerits. So merits are:

1) Technology provides Internet which provides GPS. So GPS is a very powerful thing, we can search every unknown place within a second.

2) Technology provides online business. If you have talent then make your websites, applications & etc then you can earn at home in every second without any tension.

3) Technology provides social site like Facebook, Gmail, LinkedIn, twitter & etc so that we all are connected with each other where distance doesn't matter.

4) So here I'm sharing my view with you only because of Technology.

Where Technology is a good thing but it's provides some negative points:

1) Now days everyone is addicted to use it. Like now days even children spends their whole days on playing Game, Whatsapp, we-chat, Facebook, & etc they are spending their whole day in front of a box called computer, which is not good for their health while in the earlier days children used to spend their time in playing cricket, football, some physical activity.

2) It's very difficult to understand about a technology for uneducated people, so it creates problems for them, like me.

So In the end, I want to say that technology is good & necessary for us, because more technology more growth.

Technology, as the definition goes, is the making use of the knowledge of tools, machines, techniques, systems or methods of organization to solve a problem effectively and efficiently. Thus the use of technology helps us to acheive greater efficiency in terms of speed, productivity and income. The cause of economic disparity between the rich and poor, urban and rural people often attributes to the fact that the people who are rich or who are from urban regions of our country have better access to the proper utilization of the various technological marvels of our age.

Hence, in my view the unequal oppurtunity to access technology is the driving force behind the disparities in income between people belonging to the different strata of our society, but on the other hand it is the technical know how when properly distributed among people can help us to bridge the income disparities. For example, today farmers in our country are getting better oppurtunity to use hybrid seeds, modern equipments and technical knowledge of our scientists to increase their yield of crops thereby increasing their income.

In my opinion, Yes technology creates economic inequalities between the various strata in our society. Not only does it create economic inequalities but also social ones. A very good example to support my saying is that People who have been employed in very good jobs and those who are getting high perks are given more respect and are looked upon with high esteem in our society. But technology, even thought it has these disadvantages, has a lot more turned out to be a boon to our mankind. As one of our friends has rightly quoted that "Time is Money. ", ya technology saves a lot of time in our everyday life. In this modern era we cannot even dare to imagine a day without these technical gadgets. So in order to support such a good cause the companies are forced to opt those who are technically more advanced. But this issue should not also be overlooked. So instead I say that it is the task of our Government to reach the ignorant and uneducated people in especially the rural areas and uplift their educational standards.

In today's modern era the technology is not merely a need but it is a necessity of life. We are totally dependent on technology and likewise we are also upgraded our self with the latest technologies. Take an example of mobile phones, like earlier we use phones for calling purposes and we don't care what operating system does it had but now with the advancement of technologies we take care of the operating system also and upgrade them too whenever there's upgrade are available.

We can say that technologies help in generating income. For instance when you are working in a Corporate culture knowledge of different technologies are essential for you. Even you are working on a same technologies for years you have to upgrade yourself with the latest versions of the technology, this way when you switch to some other organisation not only they will prefer you over the other guy with limited knowledge of technology but with some little effort you can earn more salary also which can be a bonus for you.

I tend to disagree on the point that the technology is creating income disparity, can we remember those days when black and white television used to entertain only two or three family of whole town, but now usually have at least one colored television set in each house.

The days when we were waiting to cut down the STD call rates in late night or early morning and used to have conversation with family and relatives, but now even rickshaw puller can afford cell phone to stay connected with family and friends.

There are lot of examples by which we can explain that how the technology reduces the inequality between the peoples having high income and low income.

Aside this if we talk about the earning with the use of technology then I can certainly say that you can earn more money, and have good salary and perks.

While technology is enabling to earn more money and creating job opportunity for technical person at the same time it is availing the facilities to common people by which everyone can enjoy the technology, and providing feel good factor even not having good income.

Technology creates Disparities as long as it isn't available to all people or not all can afford it. Consider the simple example of a high-end iPhone. Rich can afford it but the poor can even afford to purchase a mobile phone.

On the other consider water technology, it does not create disparity as it is available to all.

As per my point of view technology doesn't create income. Yes ofcourse technology makes our work easy we can do same work in less time duration using technology but it only help in creating income. It is human mind which actually use and create that technology in oder to increase income. Basic root of income is human brain thus technology only helps to create income.

Good Morning Friends,

According to me, Obviously technology creates income disparities in our country. Because technology development is increased in everyday. This technology development creates new technology and updation. So technology impact many things in peoples and they are addict to new technologies. People interest in new technologies will be varied. So their income will be different in one to another. So definitely technology creates income disparities.

Thank You.
