Hello everyone!

I do agree with the point that standing for 2 minutes will give us goosebumps, but after that we will indulge in movie and just forget about national anthem for which we have stood. Hereafter we will continue our bad practices as well in favour of us. To show patriotism means, it should come from within like helping the needy, guiding others not to encourage bad practices, and we can help our nation in various ways like as soldiers do. Soldiers sacrifice their lives to make us sleep well in our places and with beloved ones. But there are many people who don't even have the shelter. We can help others in their tough situations and let them feel happy. These can show that we can respect our country in such a easy and honest way rather than compelling others to stand for anthem and making us to pretend that we are having lots of love towards our nation. It should come from heart and it should be pure.

Playing National Anthem before movies is not a good idea. Injecting patriotism is not a right way, it will definitely cause pitfalls. I think in India, we all done our schooling along with a good start with a National Anthem, so there is no need to practice how to respect National Anthem. It's in our blood and we all love our country, and of course our National Anthem too. The Intention of watching a movie is purely entertainment and relaxation. In between, there is no need for a mock drill for patriotism. Because, while in the beginning, everyone will be in a rush for a ticket, popcorn, cokes, or eagerly searching for their seats, in between why should we create a space to show disrespect, even though they didn't do it to purposefully.

So, according to me, playing national anthem in meetings, schools, may be in workplaces will be fine and respected and we must avoid playing National Anthem in cinema halls.

Before delving further into the topic its important for us to understand. Why is national anthem played?

I feel this gets us to an answer of paying respect to our country. But does playing national anthem in the movies really brings respect to it. The answer would be big no because not everybody there is as patriotic to stand and salute the feeling for which it is played.

Cinema halls contain public of some who may have patriotism and may stand up for the good cause but what about others who are more interested in the upcoming trailers or arranging their seats. It would be a disrespect to our nation's pride, nations anthem and even it wouldn't bother them as they are left unnoticed. If it should be played in cinemas then it should be played in parliaments, in workplaces & people not respecting it shouldn't be left unnoticed. That would be real respect to the motive with which it played.

National Anthem and Patriotism go hand-in-hand. It doesn't matter where it is played or what is the occasion if you hear National Anthem Stand-up give your respect. Now we all know India is a democratic country where people can have their own opinion and they all have free to do whatever they want. Now if someone in Cinema Hall is not standing up, you do not need to make them understand that they should stand-up respect National Anthem, they will stand on their own. One of the main reason National Anthem is Played in Cinema Hall is after our completion of High School we do not hear National Anthem on regular basis or played everyday in our neighbour so to keep the feeling of our Nationality inside us National Anthem is played and it is such a lovely song which will make you feel great. So just play along no one will charge GST from you to hear and stand for a Minute for National Anthem.

Hello everyone,

I'm ISHAN VYAS and in my opinion, it is not mandatory that the national anthem should be played in the cinema halls as if you love your country then the respect will automatically come from your heart. I have seen so many people who burn the public properties of the government so how can you assure that the negative thoughts of people can stand up for their country in this case I think that if they are sent to the border to fight with the enemies then they will definitely surrender themselves, wherever the national anthem is being played everyone should unite to sing but they don't have the time to do this many people say I love my country but they are not showing their loves towards the country as they are showing from the outside that they are for their country but this is not true. Always salute to their motherland as well as their national flag.

Hi all,

Today, I am sharing my thoughts on the topic of "should play the national anthem in cinema hall. ".

In 2016, the Supreme Court said to play the national anthem with the Indian flag on the screen in a cinema hall before playing the movie screen. And people will stand up to respect the national anthem.

Force people are not happy with this decision of the Supreme Court; they said that the national anthem does not need to be played in a cinema hall because patriotism does not come from saying. It's a feeling of respect for our country.

Indeed, patriotism does not come from saying. It's a feeling that is automatically generated by our hearts for our nation. And we don't need to play the national anthem in a cinema hall. We go there for entertainment and enjoyment. And the national anthem is not part of entertainment; it's a show of respect for our nation.

Hello everyone,

I am Sakshi Agrawal and in my opinion yes the national anthem should be played in cinema halls first of all we are an Indian and national anthem its proud full song for song. But I think it should not be compulsory every person is standing when national anthem played it is depend on that if they want to standing or not.

But I think it should me start in cinema halls because cinema halls is a that place where every age people come. And according to me I am a college student and in my college I sing a national anthem only 15 August and 26 January.

And I feel when I am going for good work and if I listen a national anthem so I feel it gives me energy to do something in my county.

So I concluded it National anthem should be start in cinema halls because you can stand 30 min for ticket but why you can't stand 52 second for national anthem?

Hii Friends,

It's a good idea to play national anthem in cinema halls, but still, I didn't find it so very necessary. It's a kind of honour and we must respect it. I want to share one of the incidences where one boy didn't stand and also asked his friend not to stand when the national anthem started playing. I really felt very bad and I thought it's really not a good idea to play national anthem in cinema halls because people started neglecting it and it's really a major issue when people started ignoring it. For me, if a person starts ignoring that it's the first step to break a relation. I don't want as a citizen of the country anyone should do that.

I also believe that not everything should be done everywhere. We should see the surrounding, then act accordingly.

So, I recommend that we should not play national anthem in cinema halls.

Thanks.

The thing is that not all of us are able to enlist in the Indian armed forces, due to lack of willingness or physical disability. But when it comes to showing respect to our country, which has provided us directly or indirectly everything we need, then standing in an ac room for 1 or 2 minutes, should not cause anyone any problem.

There were many freedom fighters who laid down their lives for us happily. If they were to see us today not willing to stand when the national anthem is played, wouldn't you think they would regret fighting for this great nation?

In a country that is plagued with communal violence and regional hatred, the only thing that may unite us is the love for our nation. So if we lose our patriotism and if we don't stand up to our national anthem, then the day is not far when our great country will be destroyed by enemy forces.

Hello.

According to me, the national anthem must be played in cinema halls.

Some people talking about by doing this we can't become patriotic. I just want to say patriotism is all about your heart. If you love your country, can't you give your only 1 minute to show your love for your nation & it's anthem?!

Here, people are ready to stand in the line of Jio card distribution.

People are ready to stand in line in Temple.

People are ready to stand in line ATM & bank.

People are ready to stand in the line of ticket collecting. !

But. Only 1 minute for respect of their nation, they like it's not required, it's not be played before entertainment, it's not played cinema where adult & abusive movies streaming!

It's about love toward your nation.

A day will come, this question totally disappears.

Thank you.

Jay hind.
