Should national anthem be played in cinema halls?

Certainly, Why Not? Everyone with a little patriotism will say, ''Yes we should respect it''. If someone is reluctant to do so he/she is that much less feels about his nation.

If SC orders so, what is the problem? it is just a matter of maximum one minute. India is my country, Jana Gana Mana is my national anthem and in an occasion, it is singing, I am expected to respect it. Court also said that, if it is singing in the movie, no need to show respect. That it is not an occasion for respecting moreover, that might feel like mocking at it.

My friends, even now, I don't understand, why some people make it such an issue to discuss so much?

No, national anthem should not be played in cinema halls because national anthem is played in open sky and not under the roof. It shows disrespect towards our national song.

I Abhishek Singh and my views are yes the national anthem should be played in cinema halls first of all, we are an Indian and national anthem is our pride. But I think it should not be compulsory every person is standing when the national anthem played it depends on that if they want to stand or not.

The main thing is that we need to sing the national anthem to pay tribute to those people who ruined their lives to gain freedom for us.

Yes, National anthem should be played in Inox. This is not about forcing peopl to stand up in a theater. It's just a simple step to tell people about our country if we see many youths don't know the complete national anthem they don't know the meaning of the anthem. The National anthem is only sung on independence day and Republic days and schools. We need to bring the patriotic feeling in youths, this step of playing National will help in doing so because the theater is placed for youth and they are the future of our nation.

Basically, the purpose of this act should be to awaken the love respect and pride for our nation.

My answer is 'no'. And I have right to disagree with judgment. In beginning periods of freedom, most of the population was illiterate. Literacy rate was below 20. /. . That time to make national anthem popular. It's awareness was necessary. In school, there was everyday practice but the question of that time was too aware youth and other illiterate aged people. Of that time. That time theater was the only mass media to reach up to grassroots level. And aware the people with its tune. Alap. Words. A specific group of people of vivid village often visit to see pictures. Day by day they heard it and them song with. Thus they became aware and took proud had knowledge of it. It is not necessary to play national anthem before movie. Suppose if SC wants to spread nation anthem to people that is not in cinemas hall. It plays where people committed or doing some destructive to government property and destroy nation value.

This is a good think by Government, but people does not respect national anthem, and this is the insult our country and national anthem also. I think the Government does that pics of soldiers who died in WOR editing in movie and government created a law of it.
