Hello guys, My name is Sandeep Kaur.
So, in my point of view, the national anthem must be played in cinema halls you know why these issues have come in mind there is a reason: one day a movie is played in a cinema and people are singing the national anthem in that so that time the audience is not standing only one person stands and give respect so that day, that person fire a case to cinema halls and then supreme court gives the order to play it in cinema halls because we have to stand for the soldiers who are sacrifice their lives for the country.
According to my perspective, the national anthem timing is fixed and then guards close the gates so that the left people can join the halls after the national anthem.
According to the Supreme Court of India in 2016 under the bench of Justices Honourable Dipak Misra and Amitava Roy, declared that every cinema hall was to play the national anthem before the screening.
I know it's not easy but it cannot be impossible or bad:
Like if we cannot stand for ourselves then how soldiers can stand for us? I know there are some particular reasons which are not good like as;
If some people are not standing then it disrespects our nation and if people are moving then it also so I can say that if the national anthem should be played in cinema halls before screening then there should be some mandatory strict actions for those who are disrespecting the national anthem.

Hi guys,
I am Akash Nigam and I am in favor, to play anthem in cinema halls. It is not about 52 sec anthem that we sing together to show how patriot we are, no sir it is always about to live unity for which Indian are for in that 52 sec. There is rules and film board is there to judge whether film is playing our anthem is appropriate for it.
The only thing really depends on the people of our nation, do they really respect our anthem and if yes they have stand together and show their unity and patriotism for that 52 sec.

Hi, Everyone.
Today I'm going to talk about national anthem should/shouldn't be played in cinemas hall. Actually, the national anthem is may express our patriotism. But in cinemas hall we have to enjoy ourself, there we need not prove my patriotism. In my opinion, shouldn't pay patriotism in cinemas hall. Thank you.

I think national anthem should not be played in cinema halls for all the film's going on like adult film, corrupted politics.
It should be played only when film related to nation are displayed on the screen lie border which creates a kind of respect towards our country before watching the movies struggled by our soldiers or national heroes.

Yes, national anthem should be played in cinema halls and all public places like cricket stadium. Panchayat Bhawan, schools, college, govt office because it binds in the colour of patriot.
Think, why our great hero Bhagat Singh, Azad and their team sacrifice their life. Only for the freedom of nation not for their own benefits. National anthem makes us proud. We all should respect it. It is a lesson for our future generations. Think something for the unity of the nation. To stand for 52 seconds in cinema hall will not need to paid extra money or stamina. No one will lose their energy. National anthem gives us a sense of patriot, unity.

No, I don't think it should be played in cinema halls because of many reasons firstly we go to cinema halls for entertainment and as national anthem is our national song which is very respectful for all so we all know that when it was played in school or college we all stood up in silence mode but in cinema hall if it is played then whose is there to see people stands or not ?

Hi all,
Today, I am sharing my thoughts on the topic of "should play the national anthem in cinema hall. ".
In 2016, the Supreme Court said to play the national anthem with the Indian flag on the screen in a cinema hall before playing the movie screen. And people will stand up to respect the national anthem.
Force people are not happy with this decision of the Supreme Court; they said that the national anthem does not need to be played in a cinema hall because patriotism does not come from saying. It's a feeling of respect for our country.
Indeed, patriotism does not come from saying. It's a feeling that is automatically generated by our hearts for our nation. And we don't need to play the national anthem in a cinema hall. We go there for entertainment and enjoyment. And the national anthem is not part of entertainment; it's a show of respect for our nation.

As the above mentioned information the national anthems is not compulsory to play in cinema theaters.
If it is compulsory the national anthem should also play in bus stand and railway station before starting the journey. Or in morning session in the bus stand and railway stations. But in cinema hall people are there in a funny or enjoyable mood, they usually do not expect any serious thing.
SO finally it is not necessary to play a national anthem in cinema theaters.

India is a truly democratic country. Then it is out of understanding why SC force citizen to chant national anthem before watching cinema in a theater.
It makes no sense at all. It should be made compulsory in school and colleges but not in a cinema hall.
Learning national anthem is a duty of every Indian. And am not seeing any problem regarding this that nowadays people don't know their national anthem songs.
Thankyou!
