Hi all,

I totally oppose the national anthem playing inside the cinema halls. Actually, this is a good thing, but it is not a suitable place for playing that and not prove your patriotism inside the cinema halls. Because why we go for cinema halls? Just imagine we just go for enjoying our days with family or some special peoples. At the time these are things happened. What you think about your mind? just think. Obviously, this thinks something like boring the peoples and irritating also. Definitely different countries peoples also came into cinema halls and they do not know about our culture and our patriotism. This is not needed that peoples should know about our culture. At the same time, they don't know during the playing of national anthem they must stand for 2 mins are more. This is not our fault. This is our Indian government fault.

I also prefer playing of the national anthem is very good to think before the starting of offices and courts. Because this is must create the peoples energetic, stress-free, do their work properly, make the peoples truly, freshly start their day and everything.

Thank you.

Hi All;.

I totally support the idea of palying National Anthem in Cinema Hall. I don't think it will have any disrespect for our National Anthem. I also read some friends views that what would be the respect for our National Anthem before the start of Adult movies. It doesn't matter that's different part of anyone life and people go in Cinema Hall toust have some entertainment and they won't mind to stand up for 2 mjnutes while playing National Anthem.

I also recommend to make this rule mandatory in every private or goverment offices before the start of work or shifts inside and outside of offices. It will really have some very positive effect to our society.

One more thing that want to add here, we should also make a rule of sending every indians for Army service in the begining stage of their life i.e. at the age of 18 as this is the age where we will. Be able to inculcate huge patriotism in our young people for our country and automaticall it will be passed in the same way generations to generations. I am sure once we start doing all this so many bad things will automatically fade away in our this beautiful country.

Jai Hind! Vande Mataram.

I don't know why people can't stand for even 52 seconds of time, it's our motherland. We have the time to watch the movie for 3 hours but we didn't have the time to stand. Yes, it's our duty to show respect to our national anthem. Our freedom fighters have done a lot of things to get independence then why can't we people. While listening to our national anthem we will get goosebumps and we will think of it. Think once after our school days when we sing it again. And for illiterates it's too helpful so that they can know the meaning of national anthem. So guys please feel responsible and it's our duty to make people patriotic. We should stand and give respect.

Our National Anthem was written by Rabindranath Tagore as a tribute to our motherland for whom thousands of people gave up their lives. It marks the sacrifice, the culture and the existence of a proud nation called INDIA.

It is because of an independent country like India, people are able to exercise freedom of speech and expression. Cinema is the right example of freedom of expression. Thus, we should thank those martyrs because of whom we are enjoying this freedom. I firmly believe, patriotism comes from the heart and it cannot be forced upon anyone but standing up for a few minutes to join your fellow countrymen and sing the national anthem will do no harm to anyone.

Hello guys,

In my opinion, National Anthem should not be played in cinema halls because we cannot force someone to stand and give respect. Although we know that National Anthem is the pride of our country, so cinema halls are not the place to show our pride where people doesn't give respect by their choice. Instead of this, National Anthem should be played in Award function, popular reality shows where people will genuinely stand, give honour and admire for the same.

Thankyou :).

Our national anthem reflects our culture. It is the pride of our country. It evokes a sense of pride, responsibility, and respect towards our country. But it should not be played at a cinema hall as patriotism comes from the heart of a person, people should not be forced to be patriotic and stand during the national anthem before the national flag. Cinemas are for entertainment purposes and playing the national anthem before certain movies (ADULT) would totally disrespect and shame the national anthem.

When the national anthem is played in the cinema the person is more interested in the movie going to take place though he may stand up he will not be respecting it fully.

If we sing our national anthem to show that respect and honor our motherland we should do it with the sky on top of our heads and not under a roof. We should do it with no walls to bound the praise of our motherland. We should do it, it by helping our country prosper.

But, I do respect my national anthem and I'm proud to be an Indian.

No, national anthem should not be played in cinema halls as the place is for entertainment. We can show patriotism every queue here else. And everyone loves their motherland and everyone respects it. And there can be more than 1 country then you cannot play the only onever national anthem. That will show that you do not respect out nation.

Listening to the National Anthem of one's own country is something that fills the mind with an immense pride. I indeed feel that National Anthem should be played not only in cinema halls but also in other ceremonies of national importance.

One may feel that merely standing for two minutes does not portray patriotism, but if one cannot spare out even two minutes for his country in his joyous time (which Mother India has showered on him), how can it be ever expected that such a person will even care about his country when she needs him the most!

Doing such small things can do big wonders. I admit that in this busy life schedule it is difficult to take care of others and serve our country, but such minute actions will really give us a feeling of satisfaction and pride.

I think national anthem should not be played in cinema halls because by forcing someone to stand doesn't prove that he is patriotic. Everyone loves their country but they have their own way to give respect to their motherland. You can't force anyone and it doesn't make any sense.

According to me, the national anthem should be played in cinema halls as it an important means of showing respect to our patriotism not only singing but honouring it is also important it shows how patriotic we our to our motherland and when the national anthem is been sung the small kids notice and follow everyone by standing and honouring the flag they understand the importance of our national flag.
