Yes, Hindi should become the National Language. My reasons for that are quite simple. Firstly that we are from Bharat Varsh and not from India. India is not the Countries name, it was given to us by Greeks and Romans because they could only reach till Indus river which is actually the Sindhu River. Then if we see our History which is as old as 50000 years when Shiva came on the Himalayas and enlightened the people of these lands and from where our actual history starts and not from Indus Valley Civ which was taught to us by the British Historians and seeded in our minds. Our History was Distorted by these people and then Sanskrit too was never an Indo-Aryan Language because there is nothing like Aryan Race. Again a Hoax to divide us. So Sanskrit is as old as 50000 years but then nobody used to write anything but the knowledge was oral it was only around 3500 B.C when our ancestors started writing due to Invention of Paper type materials. Anyways so Sanskrit was an extremely old language and by 800 B.C Sanskrit got simplified into different Languages like Hindi and Malayalam, Tamil etc. But still, Hindi was found out to be an easier language to learn, write and communicate with and a more sophisticated Language. Further, Hindi evolved too and as adopted by many other regions it was distorted like in Haryana where they speak Haryanvi, Bihar-Bihari and etc but they still are not real part of Real Hindi. Actual Hindi was more sophisticated just like what was used in the TV series Chanakya made around 1991 or so. That was real Hindi. But today's Hindi is actually quite disturbing to hear because we included all kind of Urdu and English words into that and somehow they made a beautiful language into a wild Language. Hindi became the second language in Bharat because we are made to hate it in Schools. Everywhere in the World Counties are United because of their one Language Identity and of course Language is a parameter of Unity. We always have been fighting among each other because of Culture differences and more importantly different Languages that we speak. Todays Bharat needs only one Language to remain United or else we would again fight and get divided I am sure of that. Different Languages means different cultures, different opinion and different histories which would surely become a reason of Conflict in years to come and then fight for Independence from Bharat. Why Hindi? Well because Hindi is a direct Descendant from Sanskrit. Pure Hindi is a basic evolution of Sanskrit and that it keeps Sanskrit alive. Other languages might be also children of Sanskrit but they are difficult to be spoken and represent a culture sect. While Hindi doesn't represent a culture sect but represent the Philosophy of Bharat Varsh and is like the eldest Child of Sanskrit. Pure Hindi should surely become the National Language of Bharat because it would help to keep Bharat United for years to come and stop the unstoppable division of this country again due to so many languages and culture divisions. This is my take on this issue.

According to me, Hindi should be the national language. It is a fact that around 42% of people of India use Hindi as their mother tongue and rest are Bengali, Marathi, Tamil, Telegu etc. So we have known Hindi is the majority language and it is already famous for all and can be easily understandable, yes it can be a little bit hard for South Indian states but if they try it must be easy. Most of the developed countries maintain national language and another regional language as well. Without a national language, how can we become a nation?

So we should favour Hindi as the national language, English is the second official language and then another regional language. Thank you.

Hello myself, Kartik Chouhan.

Hindi is our mother tongue language because I belong to north India but still, I cannot impose the same for all my brother from another part of the country where they belong to south India. It is not that easy for a person to be linguistic-based on common assumptions. It is good for them to respect Hindi but learn based on their interest in staying in their comfort zone but not necessarily to impose Hindi on them. For example, is it necessary for a Brahman to learn all vedic Puran? just because he belongs to the same community. The answer is NO. He should respect but learn according to his suitability. So, to mug up with the very same problem English became a common ground for all of the Indians to communicate not only nationwide but internationally which is the extra plus point because all I can say this is a language which is being taught since childhood to all of us past of decades.

Good morning gentlemen.

I study the views of many of you and on that basis and my own views I concluded that Hindi should not be the official language of India because making Hindi as an official language would suppress many other cultural languages such as marathi, tamil, telegu etc. People should learn many languages just to make their stand in the world. As the one from you said that English is a common language in the world and we have to learn and study it. As one guy can speak Hindi, can also speak some other languages, but the fact is we never try to learn it, we and our government have to make such a environment that is suitable for every language.

The second point comes that many of us are not able to understand any other language, this is not a big problem, the technology has made it so simpler, just use it for the sake of someone.

Hello Everyone,

I'm completely opposing HINDI as an official language. Everyone can't accept hindi. As India has more than 19, 500 languages spoken every day. And we can't blindly accept Hindi as an official language just because it has the majority of population talking. If Hindi is made as official language another language will lose there importance and one day they will disappear from us. Every single language will have equal importance. We can't dominate minor population languages. We are Indians we are known for "UNITY AND DIVERSITY". We should never compare ourself with other nations, they might be having there own national language or official language. Hindi is like Aliean language for South Indians like people of Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu or Pondicherry, we can't force them to learn and get adjusted to Hindi as an official language.

If Hindi is made as official language there will be a huge disturbance in the society from other language and there can be varition in national intergation. And is completely unacceptable from other states. So its better that if we don't copy everything from another country. Let's be what we are in official language matter.

Thank you.

Hindi is not the mother tongue for anybody in our country. Every Hindi speaker is a bilingual person with a specific mother tongue as Magadhi, Bhojpuri, Avadhi, Brajbhasha, etc. These people should promote their mother languages rather than promoting a hotchpotch language created by Muslim rulers by mixing farsee, Arab, and Turkish languages with the then prevailing spoken language of Delhi.

Hello everyone.

My name is Sandeep Kumar.

Yes, Hindi should be the official language in India, because most of the total population are spoken Hindi and should speak Hindi because of mother tongue. If we will distribute India in northern and southern states, we will find maximum no of people who are spoken Hindi but minimum people speak Hindi in southern states.

As we all know that Hindi is in 5th language in the world. If the Hindi gets the official language in India, many uneducated persons can keep their talk in any office because most of all regional language is connected with Hindi, I think that all most people can speak in Hindi and keep the situation in front of officers, and also I accept English but besides Hindi, English should learn, because English is the common language in the world.

Hello everyone, A very good evening to all of you.

This is Ajay kumar, today my topic is should hindi be the official language of India.

In my point of view yes, it must be our official language to speak in our country. As we all know that India is a country of diverse land and there are many languages which is being spoken across our country. For the better communication, we all have to accept one language that is hindi as an official language. Many peoples feel uncomfort in expressing their views and ideas in english or other language as they express better in hindi. As we all know that different countries have different official languages and they feel proud to speak their own language but why we do not so? by speaking one language also helps to fasten the growth of the country.

Thank you for reading my opinion.

Hi.

This is your friend Mo Irfan.

We know very well, which official language is best for our country, Hindi language should be the official language to our nation, I want to give some own opinion.

The Hindi language is more understanding language to our country which is very demand to our society if we have a lot of knowledge about English but if we want say something then automatically my tongue releases hind but if we want say something in English language so fast of all we will have to carefully ourself then start speak in English front of anybody, if we want that my country is not developing that my country should be developed country to from of all other countries we will have to speak Hindi, writing Hindi, reading Hindi, teaching Hindi, talking Hindi even though we live anywhere we have to speak in Hindi in the whole world, therefore, all other countries people that the Hindi language is very famous language, my mother tongue come the fifth number in the whole country but if we talking about population 2nd number why why why we will have foreword our language because of which we feel comfortable in any place like this my Status, my country even then in globally place.

No, Hindi should not be an official language as per in North India people can talk in Hindi but in South India, many of the people are of the village and tribal areas and these people can't talk in Hindi.
