I think there is the main role of the engineer in disaster management compare to others. Because the engineer has the abilities to predict the climate condition by there knowledge and the help of technology and instruments. So because of this, we can able to be ready to face that particular disaster. For example, in last month there was a prediction of cyclon. That cyclone will affect south Gujarat so the government was transferred the people to safe zone from the zone where cyclon effects. So likewise this the prediction of an earthquake is also more important and that can do by engineers and also if the earthquake and any other disaster will damage the developing things to compensate for that development the engineer is needed. For example for the construction of roads and building civil engineer is needed. For railway damages, mechanical engineers needed etc. But as the technology goes on increases day by day the engineer trying to come up with different things. For example, civil engineers are constructing the earthquake-proof building. So before the disaster and after the disaster, they are the major role of engineer.

In a disaster management engineers have a lot of idea for it. Engineers can use his technical skill for any type of disaster like earthquake etc. In earthquake engineering used the drone technique for rescue operations and it's used the networking for informed to each other. In disaster management engineering plays the main role. We can reduce the effect of the disaster by using the latest technology. Even we can give the solution to disaster as engineer.

For example: At the time of the earthquake, we can do prediction before the earthquake about it. By using the latest technology. It happens due to the only engineering field. Engineering having history 2500 centuries back.

Engineers plays a very big role in the new modern world. In today's world, nothing can happen without engineers. They have a very good thought process. In disaster management engineers play a vital role. After the disaster, everything would be finished but engineers can develop anything, electricity problem can be solved by Electrical engineer, Railway problems and vehicle problems solved by mechanical engineers and construction problems can be solved by civil engineers. Engineers can come up with new ideas and new technology.

Engeener are very important for our society and also for everyone. They covert their imagination in to reality. Today what we are achieve somewhere gifted by engeener. Like we save our time by using metro train during journey it's means somewhere we have to say thanks to engeener who saveour time by making metro train and we utilize that saving time for our other work. Today engeener gives us earthquake proof building which save our life from huge earthquake. Their vast imagine towards mankind proof their importance in society. In kedarnath disaster it wouldn't be possible to save people by man power. But it was engeenering who not save the thousands of people but also provide them shelter in short spane of time.

The topic of our discussion is "Role of Engineers in Disaster Management. " We can already see that Engineers are playing an important role in disaster management. Engineers specialized in different fields implementing their knowledge to predict the danger before. Environment and weather engineers are working on weather forecasting and analyzing this to get the probability of any climatic conditions that can happen in future thereby warning the people about the destruction that can happen and how to control the situation. Engineers also get the impact of earthquakes, and it's intensity over the region. Astronomical Engineers are also analyzing the rotation of the earth and things happening on the planetary level.

So, Engineers are doing great jobs in preventing the disaster from happening, thereby reducing the loss that can occur by these disasters.

Engineers are more developed in India. Single engineer may design a world. Most of the engineers are complete their studies but they didn't get their jobs.
