Good morning!

As per my perception, privatization will lead less corruption. Govt employee has high-level job security. They know no one can fire him/her except some rare of the rarest case. Keeping this point of view they take advantage of this and take a bribe for doing his duty. Govt job employee is in full of corruption from bottom level to high level. But in private case job security is not present. Every time you feel the pressure of doing your best for your organisation. Your senior officer pressurises you on a regular basis. So you can do work and only work. You don't have time to do or think another issue like corruption.

Corruption is not a fault, it's default. To change the default things we should change the settings in our mobile phone like that to this default corruption we should change our mindset.

And the another thing is the government must take necessary steps like strict rules, spot punishment, heavy fine, transported to another country.

Friends, I will give you a much better question for question.

Do you think private companies pay bribes to the government for benefits in policies?

I think yes they do.

It is the answer to your question that privatisation is not the solution, it is just running away from responsibility.

Improving mentality as everybody says is the solution, not privatisation. Yes, privatisation has many advantages and disadvantages. But I can, t count corruption in either of them.

Hi.

My point of view privatization will lead to less corruption but if we want to fully remove corruption then privatization is not a solution. I would like to give simple example. One shopkeeper has one worker. He sells food item and does not keep money inside box. There may be chance worker theft money. So, we should be removed chances of possibility. It is helpful to improve system because sometimes people doesn't wrong but situation created in front of him and they become wrong.

The only system is not responsible for corruption. We are also responsible so, it is important to change the mindset of people.

I think privatization is a solution but first we should change few rules over it means if a civil contractor own a contract so the final inspection always be in the hands of a civil engineer who is a govt employee and definitely he well get bribe so they have increase the cost of the project at the time of auction of the tender so we should think about it how can we remove this bribe system.

And there is no doubt that private company can give better facility than a govt sector because the pay off govt employees are fixed they will get the salary at the last of month either they have done the job properly or not but In private sector it is not like that if you have to get salary then you have to do the job properly.

Yes, I very much agree with Ashutosh that people working in gov. org. has a very high security so they can put their legs into their corruption activity and private employees have less security so they don't do such malpractices.

In my point of view, there is a less corruption in private sector than government sector. But privatisation is not the complete solution or panacea for corruption. We all know that private sector also pays bribe for clearance and contract through political connection. If we want to eliminate corruption completely then we have to change the mindset of people completely. Government should formulate stringent rule and law. Quick punishment for bribe taker as well as bribe taker. And I want to conclude my statement that we should initiate rather wait for other and disseminate awareness about disadvantage of bribe taking or giving.

Privatization is not the solution to make Indian organizations free from corruption. Why do we need it? We can learn from them like every private sector estimates their revenue loss and profit quarterly example-Railway budget vanishes now result would be quarterly and then takes step according to that. Every thing must be transparent. Current government is taking steps example like a action of coal block, auction of spectrum etc. We should make every bureaucrats answerable but let them free to work.
