It may be a little difficult to imagine our life without polybags/polythene. Some of plastic can be recycled where's there is a non stop list of plastic which cannot be recycled. So I agree with plastic ban. Plastic is a curse on our life.

As we know plastic is hazardous and not nature friendly. We look for an alternate solution to evacuate plastic and employ jute and paper bags, but why don't we also think about reducing the number of plants and trees, used in making jute and paper bags. Instead, we can stick to 3R formula in reducing, reusing and recycling the plastic and get the best out of it. Nevertheless, it requires a good amount of humans support.

Dear friends here we are going to see about the serious and important topic about the avoid using of polythene covers.
As we already know that polythene covers cover is not degradable in the land. The plant feels difficulty in breathing and is very hard to grow.
Because of our irresponsible behaviour sometimes animals like cows and donkeys may eat those polythene covers, and they are affected by serious diseases.
The burning of polythene covers omit the toxic gasses which is more harmful for humans to breathe.
Only because of this burning of polythene covers, people are suffered from cancer, and many children are dies because of inhaling the toxic gas of polythene covers.
It is a punishable offence friend.
Only we can bring the upcoming generation with beautiful nature and so on.
I hope you came to know about the serious problem behind the usage of polythene bags. Hence friends make sure you are using jute bags.
Thank you friends.

Hi @Kritika,
I slightly disagree with you as only carrying out anything from the shop is not justify for this. We can use our cloth bags as we had in before 20 years.

Polythene is not only poisoning our environment, choking our pipe lines, gutter but one of the very very harmful effect is seen on our animals who eats plastic bags and slowly suffers from diseases and ultiately dies because of plastics.
I request all the people to avoid plastic bags and use cotton bags, paper bags, jute bags to save our environment and our animals. Also avoid using china products.

Every human being has become too habitual of using Polythene bags in picking up domestic goods to avoid its use. But at the same time, such practice has adversely affected our life. Govt. Should take a drastic step to ban polythene. Govt should take measures to encourage people to use cotton and jute bags. For this purpose, govt should get the cotton and jute bags available in market at subsidized and cheap rates.

Polythene bags are one of the things which are used essentially in our daily life. If it will be banned then definitely there will be a problem for short time but it will be good for our environment. Our new generation will also have an opportunity to enjoy their life.

Hello everyone.
I would like to suggest that use of polythene should be decreased and it can also be stopped by govt of India like demonitisation. It is responsible of govt to stop production of polythene and also it's are responsible to stop using polythene so automatically production stop's.
Thanks.

Like many others, I also used to use plastic bags daily but now after knowing its disadvantages I have stopped using them and switched to Jute bags for my grocery shopping. Jute bags are sturdy, reusable and washable too. I also always ensure to keep a folding cloth bag in my car as it can be used at times when you have no intention of shopping but end up buying stuff. Also due to my office, I get time only on weekends to do my grocery shopping so I got this mac cart folding shopping trolley from Amazon. Now, I don't need to lift those heavy bags too.
