Polythene bag should be banned, its a good think for our nature, human beings as well as animals. Now a days water scarcity is a biggest problem in our country, if we put the polythene on the mud then its not allowing the water to going inside of the ground so it ultimately decrease the ground water.

Yes it should banned but before we have to invent that type of material which is similar to polythene. Like which should not wet in water and not easily crackable like paper. Then we should ban polythene. Otherwise their is no effect of banning it, because this is one of the most needable thing to people nowadays. Polythene is that material which cannot degradable or destroyed permanently it can only convert from one form to another. Which harms the environment and through this it is indirectly harming human beings. So it must be banned.

Hi, Everyone.

For my side, I think polythene bags should be completely banned because there are various demerits of this. And only one merit ie we can carry the things we bought. So it can be replaced by jute bags and paper bags. It's good for our environment.

But use of polybag can be harmful in many ways.

When it burns it provides harmful ashes to the environment.

Many animals die because of eating polybags.

And it's non-biodegradable too.

Hi everybody,

I want to say about polythene bag is used or not, In my opinion, polythene is not used because it is made by many dangerous matters, and after burning it harmful gases is produced those gases produce pollution in the environment and produce air pollution. We saw in near ours that animal such cows etc are used polythene for food it is very dangerous for health and it may cause of death. So polythene must be banned and use only paper beg, clothes beg these are not harmful and recyclable. So government Should do effort for this matter. And if everyone should not use polythene I would make sure everyone can live more two years or more extra.

If our environment has no pollution we can take pure air in respiration process.

We won't have a society if we destroy the environment.

Polythene bags are best option for carry but not important for us you should regularly habit to carry the cloths bag by mistake if you brought the carry bags you can separately collected & sending recycle to help it for save environment.

Yes, it needs to be banned because polythene is non-biodegradable it doesn't get degrade easily. By burning polythene a lot of smoke appears that causes air pollution. But in my opinion we cannot think our lives without polythene bags so I will suggest that we should minimise the use of polythene bags. We should carry jute bags instead of carrying polythene bags.

Good morning all.

"Polythene should not be banned totally but partially !" means if polythene will ban totally then the use of paper will increase which results in the deforestation as we'll require wood for paper obviously our trees will get punished for being a "TREE"

So ban the polythene partially that means we can make some bags using "POLYTHENE" and "PAPER" as a combination in which not fully polythene are used (non-biodegradable waste) as well as not fully paper are used (responsible for deforestation)!

This can be done for future as it is more efficient and better way to manage both non-biodegradable wastes and deforestation!

It may be a little difficult to imagine our life without polybags/polythene. Some of plastic can be recycled where's there is a non stop list of plastic which cannot be recycled. So I agree with plastic ban. Plastic is a curse on our life.
