Hello Everyone, my opinion regarding this is it is a good idea but very difficult to happen. As we all knows that India is the second most populated country in the world having a huge mass of people around 125 crores 35 states. If we want to conduct a single election in entire India then we nothing get good results. Large Security is required for the control the criminal and unwanted activity at a time and for maintaining peace. Think could it possible in India? More pressure on the government.

Hello everyone,
According to me, one India one election is not suitable for such a large area country in which second highest population exist of the world. One government Can't handle the problem of all the people and people also can't go at that one place to take their problem to waste their money and time even for small issues and surety of solution is not confirmed. If small area government Will be there it can provide the solution to everyone without very much time delay as compared to central government Although election expenditure will reduce but the development of the country is more important. One govt will have difficulty in development, providing education, employment of everyplace. Govt procedure is very slow, one govt will take the time to solve everyone's problem. When the judgement is needed and it will not get on time then what will be the benefits of it.
So, the one election is not much effective for such large area and Democratic country India.

Yes. I agree that implementation of one India one election is a very tough job for us, but if decided nothing is impossible. Take an example of demonetization. Wasn't it a tough job? but the conditions are normal now. Similarly, One India One election can be possible.
As per today's situation of election, there is time lag between the central and state elections. During state elections, Ruling party always try to win in state elections. At that time they diverted from the path of Development of country and the focus is on establishing the power in state. In India, there are elections after every 5 to 6 months. Half time of ruling party goes in publicity, speeches and meetings. Also, there is lot expenditure of money and time also. Then how and when India will be the Developed Nation. Developed Countries like USA has one country One election. So we can also Think about One India One Election.
But before implementing this there needs to make strong our Election Commission and Security. To educate and guide people about this. Then only It will be possible. If we become successful in implementing this it will always helpful for us and our Country.

In country as diverse as India religiously, ethnically and linguistically it would be an ardous task to conduct a singular election. It will only lead to more communal tension as in India vote banks are created on the basis of religious predilections which infact is the biggest failure of Indian democracy. There are bound to be more opposition to this idea than the support it will incur.

Hey, I think one India one election would be a great step if implemented. But it looks near to impossible to bring in force as India is very large country. If the whole of India goes to election simultaneously then it will take a long time to complete due to staff and security constraints. Also during that period country come to a halt in terms of work and development. All political parties of all states put all their energy towards election campaign and common people work will take a back sheet.

India being a highly populated country, its impossible to bring a sudden change in the election procedures & that to "One India One Election" requires a lot of study.
According to me its not suitable for the present system that is established in our country due to lack of facilities and if at all by chance there are some disputes it would be tough to control the elections.

According to me, one election is profitable for Indian government because in India state government spends Hugh amount money for states elections and government works freely without any restrictions due to this Indian growth are increased.

I think it favors having not of one India one election as it is also possible to get elect a corrupt government If really such happen then such govt. Will make our country as a country with no resource in all aspects because of such govt. Will rule our country for next 5-year n for me it is enough to make a country without anything. Therefore one election should not be held as it gives boost to unnecessary and corrupt govt. Moreover, if such election process does exist in Indian we wouldn't have a man like PM Modi.

Good noon everyone.
I won't support this because India is a big country hence a single leader can't control whole government. If problems of the people won't be able to reach to the government.
