Here nice guys always tries to give the work with quality not with the quantity, but they had a time management and ideas, so they will put the work quality with in time and other guys try to be first in, but he would be first in fool, from quotes "Slow steady wins the race".

It depends...A guy may have been taking too much time for it to be perfect... Or he might have been just too lazy to finish soon enough... "Nice" does not have anything to do with when a guy finishes...And i have a doubt...Why is it "guys"? Why not "people"?

Nice guys finish things last Yes, I agree. Nice guys finish things last but not late. Actually these nice guys will have an idea and want to be different approach with perfectness which won't be similar to other, so some of the guys take views and experiences from previously done guys.

Being a nice guy is not about doing things last because they know well well-structured plans to solve problems that not everyone can do and predict the obstacles that will happen later.
At last, they are ready to take chances to complete risky tasks.

In my point of view, the statement "Nice guys finish last" is not always true because being nice in any work produce output which Is far superior from being first without being nice, so whatever things, idea, plan. Nice guys will always be a champion in every aspect.

Nice guys try to please everyone and in the process end up last, it is definitely not advisable that everything should be done with a perfectionist attitude. Being nice only can not lead to fruitful results;a person has to be decisive and learn to say no when the situation arises.

When nice guy finishing in last minute it is OK, he is doing thing in first time itself, there will be less chance to make error, but some people doing thing very fast without meaning full result, its no use. Without plan and thinking will do work but no proper direction.
