Hi friends.
Nice topic to discuss according to my opinion.
India must need a good educated leader to grow our nation. Our ancestors said that 'Education is the power' some people are saying that why we need educated leader only why can't experienced person.
Yes, it doesn't matter if he knows the problem, but he doesn't know how to solve it.
Most of the problems are quite different it can solve only by the use of such knowledge means education, knowledge that's why we need well educated leader to handle those problems and also to develop our country.

1. They should have a good qualification.

In my view, India needs good leader in every field. In education, transport, banking sector and etc. I read an article recently where India will become third most powerful nation by 2030. Now question comes why India is under developing country. There is only one reason, good leader. India doesn't have good leader.
Corruption is the virus which making India poor and under developing country. It's time not to fight among us. Lets be united and each of us promise to ourselves to become good leader of a country and make India as superpower.

I want say few words on the topic on India to need a good leader.
Yes, since 1947 India find so many leaders, but they just alive like a leader nothing to do for society, country, they survive themselves only. I think the better leader comes for young people who take care about the society, willingness does something to people. So the better education gives better people to survive for society. The education needs to improve our India so that illiteracy became a literacy, people. Then everyone became leader India.

I am Pratiksha Bomble, I'm from Mumbai also agree with all members need for good leaders to India. But, now at this time it is not possible, Because every person behave for their own purpose. He works only for their needs and their family wants.
In our country we have got freedom only in books, but in real practice we are still solving the many problems which are Mr. Buddy said So the I think we need a simple, honest and idol person for the India.

Yes India really need some good leader and the good leader can be choose through voting right only in India. I think this is wrong system because people choose their leader but the leader didn't work for peoples who make them leader.
So that my personal view is whenever any change required any policy will be decide to endorsed then that decision can be taken only with taking consent of peoples through voting so that people can take part in decision if all this happen then their is no need of leader.

India which was a slave for 200 years is today free due to the good leaders.
The leaders were able to free India not only because of their firm determination but also due to the moral support of the citizens (Indians) as well.
Similarly, today it is not only about the duties of political leaders but also about the responsibility of ourselves being a citizen. A leader will do 100% for the nation it is we who accept their decision or not. N coordinate fully to lead the country towards prosperity.
The leaders were able to free India not only because of their firm determination but also due to the moral support of the citizens (Indians) as well.
Similarly, today it is not only about the duties of political leaders but also about the responsibility of ourselves being a citizen. A leader will do 100% for the nation it is we who accept their decision or not. N coordinate fully to lead the country towards prosperity.

India need a good leader because the corruption in India rising day by day. So if the leader is strong than he don't allow anyone to do whatever they want to do. The good leader must have the quality of controlling the whole organisation come under him and take decision in the favor.
Of the people and don't allow anyone to break the rules the good leader must have the quality to take the decision in the worst condition. And the good leader is work for the country not for ourselves.

Good leaders are the mastermind for our countries in every fields.
1. They teach us proper way to awake our mind.
2. They give us motivation in the field.
3. They make us unite.
4. They temper us for right guidance for our life.
5. They make us conscious about our well regards in our field.
6. Being practical, I motivated myself by my father for "The hard work and practice that made him perfect".
Conclusion: Good leaders are good for us and hence we must follow them to achieve our goal.

Here, we are discussing about GD on Need for good leaders in India. Some people said, we want a good educated leader for our India, why you search a good leaders.
We know very well about Periyaar. He doesn't have any education knowledge. But he has lot of experience. He serves good service for our people.
So I conclude that, as our proverb "Experience is the best Teacher than two books". We want a good educated leader not only also want like Periyaar, Kamaraj etc.
